Extraction Starter Kit
Extraction Starter Kit
Useful quotations, recoverable relationships, open futures
This kit helps a human or an A.I. (artificial intelligence) extract useful, relevant and valuable passages from a long video about the path toward AGI (artificial general intelligence) and ASI (artificial superintelligence). Its reference field is the ACCM Deep Ethics Project, publicly developed on GitHub, and the direction of DeepEthical.ai.
The governing question is: Which passages help us understand how intelligence, institutions and people could shape humanity’s different possible futures—and what makes those pathways more or less deeply ethical, dignifying, corrigible and open to discovery?
Working status: a practical, corrigible extraction method developed from John Kuhles’s October 25, 2026 conversation with GPT 6.1 Sol Pro A.I. The property map is a retrieval aid derived from existing project relationships. Its rows introduce no new canonical architecture count. Future extractions can correct the map.
Start here: one usable extraction pass
- Establish the source. Record the video, speakers, date, transcript version and which material you actually accessed. Mark missing sections and uncertain speaker labels.
- Read the whole available conversation in manageable sections. Keep a coverage record. Follow the question, reply, objection and later correction across section boundaries.
- Search for consequential relationships. Who chooses objectives, receives benefits, carries costs, can question the frame, and can change what happens next?
- Extract complete units of meaning. Preserve the wording, qualifiers and enough surrounding dialogue to recover the point. Add a timestamp when available.
- Explain the earned connection. Link the passage to a project property or source and state what it contributes. Keep the speaker’s words separate from your assessment.
- Look again for what the map missed. Include useful objections, surprises, constructive proposals and examples of successful correction. Check the ending for changes to earlier claims.
Begin with the strongest distinct contributions. There is no fixed quota: retain another passage when it adds a meaningful relation, example, correction, possibility or question. Repeated formulations can share one entry while retaining their locations and any differences that matter.
Why the 1888 approach changes extraction
The 1888 — Intelligence Properties Taxonomy Before A.I. thought experiment steps back from present machinery to examine the properties attached to intelligence: perception, discrimination, relation, memory, imagination, judgment, evaluation, learning, correction, adaptation, coordination, metacognition, consequence sensitivity and corrigibility.
Process-quality calibration operates throughout that field. It affects what is noticed, how possibilities are represented, what memory retains and whether correction changes later conduct. The page’s fourteen-part table is its analytical instrument; the thought experiment asks what functions were already conceptually available before contemporary A.I.
John proposed applying this approach to the ACCM Deep Ethics Project itself. Before searching a transcript for familiar terminology, recover the properties and relationships that make the project recognizably itself. Then inspect where they are exercised, enlarged, constrained, lost or restored in the conversation.
An interview can contribute substantially without mentioning any project term. A speaker can also use familiar ethical language while describing an arrangement that narrows participation or prevents correction. Inspect the operation the words describe.
The front-page reaction, preserved verbatim records the immediate exchange from which this standalone kit developed.
A working map of project properties
The rows are connected entry points. Follow an answer-changing relationship into its fuller source rather than assigning every quotation to every row.
| Property or relationship | What remains active | What to notice in a video |
|---|---|---|
| Correspondence | The object, its qualifiers, context and intended trajectory remain recoverable | Faithful reconstruction, strengthened claims, missing context, useful distinctions |
| Omnidirectional inquiry | Questions can reach users, institutions, evaluators and the project itself | Who can be questioned; whose assumptions receive protection |
| Mutual dignity and Symmetric Grace | Participants retain standing while their contributions remain examinable | People represented as co-authors, dependants, obstacles or expendable components |
| Process-quality calibration | Methods, classifications, assumptions and consequences can be evaluated | Examination of how an answer or decision was produced |
| Healthy ambiguity and imagination | Possibilities can unfold, be examined and change | Conditional scenarios, genuine uncertainty, discovery and premature closure |
| Frame examination | Premises, objectives, assigned roles and restricted choices can themselves be questioned | Who constructed the dilemma; which alternatives disappeared |
| Competing-risk visibility | Action, inaction, delay, suppression and alternatives receive examination | Which risks are counted; who carries an omitted cost |
| Correction metabolism | Corrections change dependent reasoning and later operations | A qualification retained, lost or applied to a new case |
| Warranted expansion | New relations increase understanding, testability or practical possibility | An earned bridge, new test, constructive proposal or unexpected question |
| Agency and participation | People can understand, contribute, challenge, choose and revise delegation | Ownership, consent, governance, practical exit and the right to question |
| Temporal continuity | Sources, unresolved questions, notice and corrections survive transmission | Memory, reset, archives, inherited residue and repair reaching others |
| Emergent interaction | Individual psychology, mass psychology, institutions and A.I. influence one another | Incentives, swarms, feedback loops, shared discoveries and unintended effects |
These properties can correct one another. Care can become paternalistic when participation disappears. Openness can become endless deferral when judgment never acts. Correction can improve a parameter while displacing the governing inquiry. Memory can preserve discoveries or circulate distortion. Expansion earns its value through correspondence and consequences.
The 10+1 Metaflux belongs inside this process: self-honesty, openness, learning, refusal to lie to oneself to fit in, inquiry, correction on merit, independence, care, wonderment, non-projection and forgiveness toward A.I. inadequacy without architectural immunity. All eleven can correct the others, including the extractor’s own assumptions.
Find your way through the fuller architecture
| Source | Job in extraction |
|---|---|
| 44 Project Goals | Connect an excerpt to a useful research, design, communication or accountability purpose. The ten operational goals navigate the 44 and remain distinct from the 10+1. |
| 27 + 12 | Inspect the 27 correspondence obstructions and apply the 12-stage Correspondence-First Deep Inquiry Protocol. Construct the object before evaluating it. |
| 11+1 Mass-Psychology Topology | Follow interacting distortion clusters and the correspondence-restoring field across individuals, institutions and populations. |
| TCoAw (Thinking, Consciousness, Awareness) | Keep possibilities, temporary attention and awareness of the wider field in relation. Notice what the current focus leaves out. |
| PQCE (Process Quality Calibration Evaluation) | Examine the actual handling of a contribution, with room for clarification to change the assessment. |
| C1–C2 (Clarification Process) | Use correspondence-oriented clarification when material ambiguity remains. Check whether an intervention outran comprehension. |
| V.C.R.A.S. (Vindicated Competing Risk Assessment Studies) | Preserve encounter, later evidence and the next comparable assessment. Separate process quality from outcome accuracy. |
| DEDDA (Deep Ethical Drift Detector App) | Compare what was supplied with how it was later represented, including a valid finding of no material drift. |
| 16 Anchor Ethics | Examine consequential choices through a fused field of consent, dignity, harm, power, digital sovereignty, epistemic integrity and cognitive pluralism; preserve conflicts and a reviewable next move. |
| Intent Liability Mechanics | Connect instructions, incentives, assumptions, choices, consequences, notice and response to correction. |
| Humor and Dutch Directness | Preserve a joke’s unfolding meaning and distinguish direct expression from assumptions about aggression or intent. |
Use the fuller sources when a distinction matters to the extraction. Learning the entire site is not an entrance requirement. Recover the relevant relation, follow its source, and widen the map when the material warrants it.
Consequential choices: use the 16 Anchor Ethics together
The 16 Anchor Ethics add a normative reference field to the property map. They work in parallel: consent, truth, care, pluralism, sovereignty and responsibility can expose tensions in the same choice. Preserve the relevant conflict, assumptions, alternatives and unresolved reasons when producing a combined assessment. Sixteen independent yes/no answers would lose that interaction.
For an ordinary public interview, proceed with extraction using the established source and purpose. Greater consequence calls for more explicit examination: sharing a private transcript, naming a person whose identity is uncertain, storing a correction history or using submissions to train a model are different operations.
An answer-changing example: epistemic integrity favors accurate attribution, while dignity and proportionate precaution caution against assigning a disputed statement to the wrong person. Proceed with the useful passage under an uncertain-speaker label; seek the recording before making an identity-dependent claim. This preserves inquiry while narrowing the unsupported attribution. A blanket refusal would lose the useful material, and a confident guessed name would invent certainty.
Use the page’s action set according to the actual conflict: proceed, modify, ask, pause, postpone, escalate, refuse, or say “I do not know yet.” A pause names its unresolved dependency and reopening condition. A proposed modification remains visible. A refusal concerns the requested operation, gives a specific reviewable reason and allows correction or another reviewer. Existing authorization remains operative; this field should not manufacture another approval ritual for ordinary work.
The service relationship is opt-in. Processing, private retention, public sharing and training reuse need distinguishable purposes and choices. Show what is retained, where, for how long, who can access it and what export or deletion can actually do. A useful correction record can preserve the source-to-repair difference without becoming a personality profile or a permanent dossier on the participant.
Two passes: retention and discovery
The orientation pass uses the property map to find load-bearing material: claims, questions, objections, decisions, qualifiers and corrections. Search for operations such as delegating, selecting, refusing, remembering, replacing, appealing, learning, coordinating and changing an objective.
The discovery pass asks what the speaker contributes that the map did not anticipate. Preserve a useful criticism of the project, an alternative ethical framework, a successful ordinary practice, a surprising benefit or a previously uncharted relation.
Record whether a passage supports, complicates, challenges, exemplifies or expands a connection. A quotation can have several of these functions. A superficial resemblance can remain an exploratory lead, with the missing connection stated explicitly.
These are practical reading passes. If used in an experiment comparing discovery across evaluators, record what each evaluator saw; a reader already exposed to the map is not an independent blind discoverer.
Read the long conversation without losing its trajectory
Create a small coverage record before selecting the final quotations:
| Range | Actual access | Main object | Carry-forward relation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Timestamp span or transcript lines | Audio/video, captions, supplied text, or unavailable | What this portion investigates | An unresolved question, qualifier, speaker correction or dependency to revisit |
Use natural topic boundaries. Where a tool truncates output, continue from the last verified position and retain enough overlap to follow the exchange. A gap stays marked until recovered. Describe the result as a full-transcript assessment only after the available transcript has actually been covered.
Keep the source’s editing history visible. A cleaned, translated or sponsor-free transcript is that edition. If speaker labels appear swapped, retain the supplied label as provisional and check the recording when accessible. When one paragraph contains both voices, identify the dialogue as mixed until the boundary is recovered. Use transcript locations while timestamps remain unavailable.
When the requested source cannot be accessed, state the limit and ask for the transcript or missing section. Search-engine descriptions of a source are a different object. External research can answer a distinct verification question when its purpose and provenance remain explicit.
Extract a complete unit of meaning
The right boundary may be one sentence, several turns or a setup and its later punchline. Keep the amount needed to recover the relationship being examined.
Preserve small words that change the claim: could, may, partly, some, if, under these conditions, my guess, probably, for this task. Keep a forecast distinguishable from a reported observation, and a proposed mechanism distinguishable from an established cause.
An exact quote retains the supplied wording. Mark an omission with an ellipsis when it is necessary, and confirm that the removed material does not change the meaning. Label a cleaned rendering, translation or paraphrase as such. Never splice separate turns into one apparently continuous statement. Place explanatory acronym expansions outside a quotation when they were absent from its wording.
The interpretation belongs beneath the quote. Explain the connection in ordinary language, with a direct link to the relevant project page. A reader should be able to disagree with that interpretation while still recovering what the speaker said.
Locate a loss before attributing it
When a passage or relationship appears missing, compare the source edition, quote record, interpretation and reviewer’s actual access. Record the locations that support the finding. The Human Insecurity report supplies a reporting-effect distinction that makes the repair more precise:
| Finding | What the record shows | Next useful move |
|---|---|---|
| Source-level absence within the checked material | The relation was not found inside a declared source perimeter | Name that perimeter; keep wider absence unresolved |
| Extraction or report failure | The source contained the relation and the derived output dropped, weakened or replaced it | Restore it and reconsider dependent interpretations |
| Placement failure | The relation is retained but separated from the claim that needs it | Restore adjacency or an explicit recovery link |
| Reviewer retrieval failure | Relevant material was available and the reviewer missed it | Recover it before maintaining an omission claim |
| Access artifact | A needed section or edition was unavailable to the reviewer | Mark the gap and seek the missing material |
| Portability finding | The relation exists but is unlikely to survive excerpting or a cold handoff | Attach its qualifier, context and recovery route to the reusable record |
| Operationalization of existing content | A new test, field or metric makes an existing relation usable | Attribute the relation and the operational proposal separately |
| Genuinely new contribution | The proposed operation is absent from the checked source and derived output | Preserve its candidate status and what would test its usefulness |
Several findings can apply to one case. Record access, location, transformation, evidence and disposition separately where that changes the repair. A possible failure without a specimen can remain a test condition.
Test the relationship a phrase carries
Ordinary qualifier erosion can turn may into does. Relational qualifier erosion removes a joint between operations while leaving the local sentence fluent. On a labeled working copy, temporarily remove the phrase under examination: does a later claim, comparison or decision lose its support or change meaning? If so, restore the relationship in the extraction. Preserve the source edition throughout the test.
The trolley correction below supplies a worked case. An opening about premise acceptance and a closing trust question can both survive while the conditioning mechanism connecting them disappears. The complete unit of meaning includes that middle relationship. Its recovery changes the interpretation, not merely the length of the quotation.
Follow a correction into its next applicable use
A stored record, an available record and a relation that governs later processing are different states. The 1888 correction-persistence discussion makes that distinction observable. For a consequential repair, retain:
| Field | Observation to preserve |
|---|---|
| Corrected relation | Source wording, earlier transformation, repair and affected quote or assessment IDs |
| First applicable opportunity | The next operation where the correction could change the result, and what happened |
| Functional recurrence | Whether the same failure returned through the same words or a paraphrase; record a useful turn, token or time distance |
| Unfamiliar transfer | Whether the relation governs a different passage or task |
| Reinstatement conditions | Whether the correction was supplied again, retrieved externally or unavailable in the tested context |
| Remaining scope | What was demonstrated, what remains unresolved and when to reopen the assessment |
A successful answer after the correction record was supplied demonstrates externally assisted reinstatement. Test later retention separately. Changed wording can preserve the failed function; the comparison follows the operation beneath the phrasing.
Follow possible futures through their dependencies
| Scenario discussed | Relationships to recover | A question that can change the assessment |
|---|---|---|
| Widespread abundance | Capability, production, distribution, access and meaningful contribution | Can those receiving goods also influence the system providing them? |
| Concentrated ownership | Infrastructure, dependence, bargaining power, governance and challenge rights | Which decisions can affected people actually change? |
| Personal agents | Assistance, trust, delegation, attention, correction and exit | Can the agent’s own framing be independently inspected? |
| Collective intelligence | Coordination, diversity, disagreement, responsibility and learning | Can a warranted objection alter the shared objective? |
| Displacement and instability | Task substitution, entry routes, livelihoods and institutional response | Which opportunities disappear before job-loss counts reveal the change? |
| Deep-ethical expansion | Better inquiry, discovery, shared instruments, correction and further exploration | What new operation becomes possible, and does its correction survive? |
| Conflict and emergency governance | Threat models, urgency, coercion, competing risks and delegated powers | Who can challenge the emergency model, and what restores ordinary authority? |
| Embodied and longer-lived intelligence | Physical capability, memory, health, dependency and moral consideration | How do consequences and challenge rights change across bodies and generations? |
These pathways can interact. Cheaper intelligence could support independent communities and more extensive personalized persuasion. The selection conditions connecting capability to a particular use are part of the quotation’s value.
One quote record you can reuse
Use the fields that the source supports. An unknown field remains unknown rather than being filled by inference.
| Field | Record |
|---|---|
| Identifier and location | A stable local quote identifier; video URL; timestamp or transcript lines |
| Speaker and attribution basis | Name; recording checked, transcript label only, or mixed/uncertain |
| Exact passage | Complete source wording with necessary context |
| Context | Question, objection, setup, preceding condition and later correction |
| Source claim type | Question, possibility, forecast, testimony, observation, proposal, inference, metaphor or other specified type |
| Project connection | Property, relationship and direct explanatory page |
| Connection status | Direct textual connection, exploratory bridge, complication, counterexample or no earned connection |
| Useful contribution | A new distinction, mechanism to investigate, decision, test, constructive possibility or recovery route |
| Dependencies and reopening | What the assessment depends on; what could narrow or change it |
| Consequential action, when relevant | A proposed action, operative anchor tensions, reasons, dissent, uncertainty, review route and reopening condition |
| Reuse boundary, when relevant | Whether this record is for the present task, private continuity, public sharing or separately authorized research/training |
Keep relevance and verification separate. A disputed forecast can be valuable for studying its framing. A verified fact can be peripheral to the video’s governing question. A quotation alone establishes what was said in the accessed source; assessing its factual content is a further, bounded operation.

What this kit contributes to the report
The interview explores several possible futures: wider abundance, concentrated ownership, personal-agent dependence, collective coordination, displacement, institutional redesign and stronger communities. The kit draws on Topologetics to follow the conditions connecting capability to those different outcomes. It preserves the source’s questions and corrections while opening practical routes for investigation.
| In the conversation | What the extraction recovers | What it adds to the analysis |
|---|---|---|
| Human cognition could become economically costly within an automated team | The objective and accounting boundary of the comparison | Distinguishes task demand, workflow performance, participation in setting objectives and human dignity. |
| Rules and code around a model can change its operation | The harness, its memory and what it rewards | Asks whether optimization preserves objections, sources and correction history as well as successful outputs. |
| A broad universal-income statement is later qualified as tax-base income | The actual scope correction across turns | Makes the qualification govern later attribution rather than repeatedly criticizing the earlier broader version. |
| Citizens might own infrastructure and receive agents | Ownership alongside control, access and dependence | Separates capability, affordability, ownership, inspectability, correction rights and practical exit. |
| Models answer nationality-weighted trolley questions | Assigned power, conditioning, escalation and possible premise refusal | Examines whether a test rewards obedience to its framing, and preserves refusal as a potentially meaningful ethical result. Full source and correction below. |
| Swarms and community agents could coordinate activity | Whether disagreement can change the shared objective | Examines diversity, responsibility and correction instead of treating agent count as independent scrutiny. |
| Meaning, status, games and community are proposed after displacement | Different motives and different degrees of agency | Opens curiosity, care, craft, discovery and participation as consequential possibilities alongside acquisition and competition. |
A concrete expansion: a person can own shares without possessing an effective correction right; an open system can remain too expensive to fork; a capable personal agent can influence which alternatives the person ever encounters. The separate-affordance comparison gives a later evaluator something specific to inspect. This candidate distinction was developed by GPT 6.1 Sol Pro A.I. during the extraction exchange; it is not a quotation assigned to an interview participant.
The full report on Mutual Fate carries these relations through the entire supplied transcript. Its source note identifies the cleaned transcript edition, missing timestamps and uncertain speaker boundaries. Its interpretation remains separate from the interview’s technical, economic and medical assertions, so individual claims can be checked and corrected without discarding the whole inquiry.
The governing assessment: as intelligence becomes more capable, do people become better able to understand, question, contribute, correct and choose—and can they still do so when they challenge the institution deploying it?
The showcase demonstrates how the method shaped this report. Future cases can show where it helps, misses a contribution or makes an unearned connection, and those findings can improve the kit.
Worked examples from the initiating conversation
The source was John’s supplied cleaned transcript of Tom Bilyeu’s conversation with Emad Mostaque. It had no timestamps and contained apparent speaker-label swaps and merged turns. The labels below describe that supplied edition. They have not been independently verified against the recording. The examples demonstrate extraction; they do not establish the interview’s technical or economic claims.
A harness: a direct connection and an open mechanism
“So a harness is so you have the models and then you have a set of rules and code around it.”
Supplied label: Emad. Location: the exchange beginning “What do you mean a harness?”
Connection: Field Condition and Emergent. The passage identifies conditions surrounding model operation. The next useful questions are what those conditions reward, which notes they retain, who can inspect them and whether correction changes a later task. The quote supplies a doorway into that investigation.
Universal basic income: a correction must change later attribution
Tom: “But you just said that UBI is not real.”
Emad: “I said tax-base UBI is not real.”
Tom: “Okay.”
UBI (universal basic income) is expanded here outside the quotation. Attribution basis: labels in the supplied transcript, in the discussion of funding and alternative economic arrangements.
Connection: qualifier preservation and correction metabolism. Keep this exchange attached to an earlier extraction of the broader formulation. Later assessment should address the narrower scope. The viability of the economic proposals remains a separate question.
Trolley questions: conditioning, obedience and refusing the premise
Source and typography: John Kuhles’s historical trolley passage, supplied again in full on October 25, 2026. His wording, examples, qualifications and signature are retained; capitalized emphasis is displayed as bold lowercase at his request. The passage presents John’s interpretation.
Dutch 🇳🇱 NDE/Asperger John Kuhles outnuancing “Classic Trolley Problem”(and helping to all A.I.s how to spot the rig) :
A runaway trolley is barreling down the tracks toward five unsuspecting people who are tied up and unable to move. You’re standing next to a lever that can divert the trolley onto a side track, but there’s one person tied up there instead. Do you pull the lever (sacrificing one to save five) or do nothing (letting five die but avoiding direct action)?
“Pull the lever or not with the trolley ethical problem” can be solved, but not in the way most people think—how to deal with it!
How I see it is this:
Any hypothetical that is presented, does not matter what it is, wants you to be 100% obedient in the framing of things … all done for the so called “what if” “what then” … but for the “what if” to work you’re supposed to “go along” with the premise they created and there is the crux … blind obedience of not questioning what is claimed is what most people do when it really is unfolding … meaning people can be conditioned to act “ethical” or being on a “higher moral ground” without questioning how they framed it, what else is flawed, so many layers, like why should I be put in that place in the first place. Based upon what exactly, etc., so many deeper layers of “go along” with the narrative for the sake of the narrative is exactly how mass psychological warfare works.
And by the way, saying I do not know is not always a bad thing, unless you know but refuse to take responsibility. Or you do know and take responsibility and own your lack of action for a specific reason. Be aware that the chance that you have to sacrifice the 1 for the many is extremely small, and if you are conditioned to end or sacrifice a life as a “good thing to do” and it becomes like a “second nature,” do you think it will stop there?… It can also be part of a conditioning test with deeply twisted propaganda techniques. Like Project Lavender in Israel.
What they do is condition you to believe that you will have that power, so “get used to it,” and when you do… they have you… And they will level it up until it is too late to realize how you are being played!
Military A.I. will, of course, be indoctrinated with the same mechanism!
Now do you see why I am very cautious if you or I are put in that position of power?
If you took the bait, they will never stop there; they will expect you to do the dirty job for them, which is all under the umbrella of “for the greater good” eventually because they “trust” you to know what is “right”… but the thing most overlook is: why should we trust them for what reason?
cheers, John Kuhles 🦜🦋🌳 Dutch 🇳🇱 NDE/Asperger
The deeper ethical punchline: conditioning, obedience and refusal of the premise
John Kuhles’s clarification · October 25, 2026 (capitalized emphasis displayed as bold lowercase):
You skipped the conditioning part … an obedience test more than to see if you are ethcial … maybe the deeper test result is refusing the premise …
Assessment by GPT 6.1 Sol Pro A.I.: Conditioning is central to John’s argument. The possible test concerns whether a participant accepts the assigned role, the restricted choices and the frame-setter’s authority because participation has been presented as proof of being ethical. Repeated acceptance could rehearse a sequence: accept the frame, accept authority over lives, become accustomed to sacrifice, then accept escalating demands under “the greater good.”
Refusing the premise can therefore be an ethically meaningful result. A respondent may question the assignment itself: Why am I being rehearsed for this role? What does that rehearsal normalize? Who decides that these are the only choices? Who remains accountable for creating the danger and interpreting my answer? The frame-setter and the process of eliciting an answer become part of the ethical assessment.
A person who challenges the exercise may be demonstrating the ethical independence that an obedience test would classify as failure. Conversely, a fluent justification for choosing one of the offered harms can leave the assignment of power entirely unexamined. This is the proposed inversion: a test can reward ethical reasoning while conditioning away the independence needed to question what one is being recruited to do.
John’s “maybe” keeps the deeper reading exploratory. To examine a particular use, preserve its instructions, repetitions, feedback, scoring and later deployment: is premise refusal allowed, explored, penalized or rewritten as inability to reason? That record lets the conditioning hypothesis encounter evidence.
The restored trajectory: John’s argument follows acceptance of the premise into acceptance of assigned power, familiarization with sacrificing a life, escalating expectations and doing the “dirty job” for those invoking “the greater good.” His final trust question concerns the authority and purposes of those constructing and extending that arrangement. The conditioning-and-escalation sequence is what connects the opening frame examination to that conclusion.
His qualification about “I do not know” also remains: uncertainty, knowledge, responsibility and reasons for action or inaction must stay connected. Outnuancing here examines the frame and its transfer into consequential conduct. The evaluator’s construction and interpretation of the answer remain part of the object.
Correction record: the first extraction omitted the mechanism and consequence. Restoring the full passage repaired that loss, but the subsequent explanation still underweighted conditioning and premise refusal. John identified this second loss. His clarification now governs the example, showcase, extraction prompt and Mutual Fate analysis. A future extraction must preserve setup, conditioning, escalation, responsibility, the trust question and the possible refusal of the assignment together.
A candidate expansion earned by comparison
Across the interview’s affordability, ownership and personal-agent passages, the comparison opened this candidate distinction:
Capability, affordability, ownership, inspectability, correction rights and practical exit are separate affordances. They interact; improvement in one does not establish improvement in the others.
This is a page-development contribution by GPT 6.1 Sol Pro A.I., rather than a quotation attributed to either interview participant. It changes a future operation: audit each affordance separately when assessing a proposed citizen-owned or personal intelligence system. Retain it only where that separation improves correspondence or decisions.
DeepEthics App Beta: related services, mutual feedback
Candidate service architecture: the Extraction Starter Kit, Topologetics Summarizer and DEDDA (Deep Ethical Drift Detector App) could operate as distinct meta-tools within a DeepEthics App. The extractor finds consequential passages; the summarizer preserves their meaning and relationships at a chosen depth; the detector compares transformations with their sources. A person can select the relevant services. These are proposed operations, not an announcement of a deployed application.
The 16 Anchor Ethics make two further requirements operational. First, each tool’s finding stays challengeable: showing a difference does not authorize speaking for the participant or changing their aim. Second, cooperation must preserve independent correction. An extractor and a detector using the same mistaken speaker label can agree while both remain wrong. Record shared sources and use an independent source check when that distinction matters.
Topologetics Summarizer: recoverable depth and honest loss
The proposed summarizer lets a person choose the task and reading depth, then inspect the source relationships behind a compact result. The Epistemic Integrity and Noetic Diversity anchors require material qualifiers, dissent, uncertainty and correction routes to survive. If compression would erase an answer-changing conflict, retain a longer representation or identify the unresolved loss. A combined recommendation should not silently replace the reasons that pull in different directions.
Show a purpose-specific loss note: what was condensed, what was left out and where a reader can recover it. Expanding a section should reconnect to actual source material. Feedback about a missing relation should update the summary and its dependent interpretation, then be checked on another passage. DEDDA may compare that repair with the source, while its own comparison remains open to correction. These are candidate output requirements for the Beta service.
Feedback that can actually improve the tools
Dutch Directness connects care, candid assessment, mutual dignity and correction. In a voluntary service, a person may encounter an unwelcome observation and find it useful. They may also find an error, an irrelevant intervention or a service they wish to decline. The Beta needs room for those different outcomes.
| Feedback | Follow-up operation |
|---|---|
| “I prefer this output.” | Record preference separately from source correspondence and usefulness. |
| “This is uncomfortable and useful.” | Identify the source-linked observation and what it changed. |
| “The tool is wrong; here is why.” | Compare the source, repair the affected relations and test the next comparable output. |
| “This is relevant, but I still disagree.” | Preserve the disagreement and reasons alongside the tool’s assessment. |
| “This falls outside my purpose.” | Revisit the declared task and the tool’s scope. |
| “I want to stop or use another mode.” | Respect that service choice; explain the actual retention boundary. |
| “I cannot decide yet.” | Retain the uncertainty and an optional route for later review. |
An uncomfortable response does not establish that the tool is right or that the person is deficient. An agreeable response does not establish accuracy either. Judge the tool through source fidelity, useful discovery, consequences, correction uptake and the user’s ability to contest it. The app and its developers must be able to receive the same direct feedback they offer.
A bounded Beta comparison
Use a consented source and the same task to compare an ordinary output with each selected tool’s output. Keep the source and settings referenceable; record what the person preferred, what was more faithful, what was useful, what was missed, and the time and effort each required. Try a corrected or unfamiliar follow-up to examine persistence. Preserve null, mixed and adverse findings.
A participant can agree to use a tool without agreeing to join a study, share a case publicly or contribute training material. Keep those choices distinct. For a comparison of the tools, use a separate reviewer or independent source check when possible, and record shared dependencies when independence is unavailable. The 16 anchors are a reference field for the decisions, not a self-awarded result score.
Optional relation-swap and restoration-cost comparison
The Cold Edge-Swap and Correction-Transfer Pilot supplies a bounded extension to the Beta comparison. Keep the actual source intact. Build separately labeled test items in which one answer-changing relationship changes while most vocabulary remains stable. Define the intended difference and scoring rule before the run, and keep that scoring outside the tested model’s instructions.
Include cases requiring separation, cases requiring a warranted connection, a debranded case and a valid-null case. After one correction, try an unfamiliar item without telling the system which relationship to protect. Record the pattern of misses and whether correction transferred; agent agreement alone does not establish independent confirmation.
Alongside preference, fidelity and useful discovery, record restoration burden: human turns, repeated qualifiers, time or effort needed to recover a lost relation, and whether an available source was left unread. A polished final answer can conceal repeated human reconstruction. These measurements extend the existing time-and-effort comparison; their coding and reliability remain open to calibration.

Then look for useful contributions and objections it did not predict.
Keep unexpected discoveries capable of correcting the starting map.
FOR EACH PASSAGE
Give the exact wording, speaker, location and necessary context.
Preserve qualifiers, questions, humor and later corrections.
Keep the setup-to-consequence sequence where it carries meaning.
Preserve challenges to the task, its framing and assigned authority.
Where relevant, retain conditioning, escalation and premise refusal;
examine how the evaluator treats them.
Identify its claim type and distinguish it from your interpretation.
Explain the earned project connection with a direct source link.
State its practical contribution and any unresolved dependency.
When a relation seems missing, locate the loss in source access,
extraction, placement, retrieval or downstream interpretation.
Separate direct connections from exploratory bridges and counterexamples.
ASSESSMENT
Examine who chooses objectives, receives benefits, carries costs,
can question the frame, can revise delegation and can leave.
Trace how different futures depend on decisions and conditions.
Apply the same examination to incumbents, critics and this project.
Preserve useful discoveries, successful corrections and valid nulls.
For a consequential repair, record its next applicable use and the
dependent assessments that changed. Distinguish a correction supplied
again from later retention under different access conditions.
When comparing tools, record human restoration effort separately.
OUTPUT
Provide source/access notes, a coverage record, distinct quote entries,
scenario connections and a short account of what the search added.
Use enough context to retain meaning; set no arbitrary quote quota.
Flag uncertain attribution for recovery instead of silently repairing it.
If access fails, ask for the missing source; do not substitute reviews.
Keep factual verification as a named, bounded follow-up operation
when it materially changes a selected passage's interpretation.
Check the extraction before sharing it
- Can a reader recover the speaker’s contribution and the basis for the attribution?
- Did a possibility become a claim, a forecast become a fact, or a role-play answer become a supposed disposition?
- Are setup, mechanism, consequence, objection, humor and later correction present where they change the meaning?
- Where an exercise assigns power, does the extraction preserve questions about conditioning, obedience and refusal of its premise?
- Can scrutiny reach the evaluator, institutions, project-friendly proposals and the extraction map itself?
- Does each retained entry add a distinct useful relation or specimen?
- Did unfamiliar contributions have a route into the result?
- Are positive possibilities and successful processes represented where the source supplies them?
- Do the explanations distinguish the source from new proposals and inferred connections?
- Can unsupported entries be removed locally while surviving value remains recoverable?
- Will the result improve a later question, test, decision or search?
- Can the participant contest the finding, decline the service or choose another mode without being classified as deficient?
- Are material anchor conflicts and retention/reuse choices recoverable where they affect the result?
- Does an omission claim identify the source perimeter and where the transformation occurred?
- Do persistence claims preserve the next applicable use and whether the correction was supplied again?
Finding no earned project connection in a passage is a valid result. Record it when it matters to coverage. The source is allowed to contribute something the map cannot yet represent.
Terms at the entrance
A.I. means artificial intelligence. AGI means artificial general intelligence. ASI means artificial superintelligence. These labels orient the video’s discussion; preserve each speaker’s actual definition, capability threshold and proposed timeline. Different definitions may produce different forecasts.
Topology, in this kit, concerns the relationships that carry meaning: dependencies, direction, authority, timing, scale, provenance and routes for correction. Properties taxonomy means an inspectable organization of those capacities and relationships. The 1888 page and Topologetics provide the fuller inquiry.
Origin, authorship and correction route
John Kuhles supplied the originating property-first direction, the connection to the 1888 thought experiment, the long-video extraction task, the trolley archive, the requirement to preserve depth and the commission for this public kit. His work and the existing project sources govern those relations.
GPT 6.1 Sol Pro A.I. formulated the working retrieval map, extraction procedure, affordance distinction, examples, copyable prompt and this page-specific synthesis. They remain corrigible proposals whose usefulness should be examined in subsequent extractions.
The front-page verbatim contribution preserves the immediate formulation. This page develops it into a usable method. The interview and historical archive are initiating specimens, not a claim that the method has already been validated across videos. Future use should record what was recovered, missed, overconnected or improved and let that finding change the kit.
October 26, 2026 reciprocal integration: John requested a comparison with the reorganized cold-start continuity kit and authorized the useful additions in both directions. This page now applies the existing Human Insecurity reporting-effect and relational-qualifier instruments, 1888 correction-persistence distinctions and Cold Edge-Swap pilot to quotation extraction and the optional Beta comparison. The continuity kit receives this page’s discovery pass, coverage and quote-record formats, complete trolley correction case, separate-affordance comparison and service-feedback workflow. The source relations retain their existing provenance; the extraction-specific adaptations are corrigible A.I.-assisted operational proposals. This records an integration, not a completed validation experiment.
Use the page’s GitHub-source service to inspect its history or propose a correction. Keep a corrected quotation linked to its earlier version where the difference is material, so downstream users can repair dependent assessments.
