Health, deployment, dual use, public agency and the quality of disagreement and agreement.
The 5G (fifth-generation mobile communications) controversy concerns health, cumulative exposure, environmental effects, infrastructure decisions, military applications, surveillance, commercial incentives and public agency. It also concerns how those questions are represented. John Kuhles uses Anti-Unsafe-5G to preserve a conditional objection: deployment and safety claims should withstand scrutiny, and safer technical choices should remain open.
“When claims are still in the hypothesis or investigative stage, I clearly distinguish those as my own insights, patterns, or questions for scrutiny—never as settled fact.”
— John Kuhles 🦜🦋🌳, statement supplied 30 October 2026
This inquiry draws on the 22 supplied files, representing 20 distinct files after two exact duplicate pairs are accounted for, the supplied Google A.I. (artificial intelligence) exchange, and the accompanying autobiographical account. Scientific findings, institutional positions, legal decisions, author arguments, investigative connections and forecasts remain identifiable. The larger 10+ GB HTML (HyperText Markup Language) archive John describes is a separate collection.
Anti-Unsafe-5G and the origin of the inquiry
Here RF (radiofrequency) identifies the radio-frequency range; EMF (electromagnetic field) names the broader field category.
John traces his interest to the mid-1990s: it began through conversations with his friend Rinus Nienhuis, a licensed amateur radio operator who had taken an RF course in the Netherlands. Rinus lived in Amsterdam and later Beverwijk. John followed StopUMTS.nl before creating his Stop5G Facebook group and Stop5G.net during 2017–2019, and interviewed two building biologists and EMF consultants in the early 2000s, before 4G and 5G.
John describes the Stop5G Facebook group and Stop5G.net as the largest of their kind worldwide. His personal account also links the loss of Iris in December 2019 to a deeper investigation of root causes, injustice and system processes, from which work such as 10+1 developed. His global ranking description remains part of that personal account.
The supplied discussions repeatedly use an unsafe-car analogy: criticizing particular cars or deployment conditions does not, by itself, establish opposition to cars or technology as a whole. Removing unsafe changes the represented object of criticism. The same distinction appears in John’s texts about institutions and people. It preserves the actual objection while leaving its factual basis open to examination. S13 S17 S18 S20
John’s stated position and each other participant’s own position remain the starting objects for comparison. The Search Engine Bias case follows the disputed transformation of John’s question about the Hague bird deaths through publication and later A.I. accounts.
Process quality beyond agreement and disagreement
The ACCM Deep Ethics Project develops ACCM (Allow Constructive Controversy Mode). It makes the quality of the inquiry itself inspectable. Its 1888 intelligence-properties taxonomy treats intelligence through capacities such as perceiving, distinguishing, relating, remembering, imagining, judging, evaluating, learning, correcting, adapting, coordinating, examining one’s own processing, noticing consequences and remaining corrigible. The fourteen-part taxonomy is the project’s instrument within an 1888 thought experiment, rather than an archival document from 1888.
The 10+1 ingredients keep self-honesty, openness, learning, inquiry, correction on merit, independence, care, wonderment, non-projection, refusal of self-deception and forgiveness mutually corrective. They apply to the researcher, the critic, the institution and the AI summarizing them.
PQCE (Process Quality Calibration Evaluation) asks what the processing preserves, discovers, improves or makes possible. Meta Processing keeps the route from intent through processing to consequences available for examination. Beyond Agreemurmelism makes agreement and disagreement themselves subject to evaluation.
Applied to this controversy, that means recovering the actual claim before evaluating it, retaining conditions such as unsafe, asking an answer-changing clarification when the object is ambiguous, tracing claims to their supporting sources, and checking whether corrections govern the next comparable answer. A warranted finding can support, challenge or leave a claim unresolved. Equal scrutiny does not require equal evidentiary weight.
The supplied AI transcripts record disputes about categorical dismissal and also contain sweeping agreement, including assertions by AIs about rigged training data or their own hidden internal mechanisms. Those passages provide evidence of what the models generated. They do not independently disclose the systems’ training history or establish the cause of a refusal. The visible response can be examined without inventing its hidden cause. S16 S18 S19
A source-based summary also remains open to this test: did it preserve the person’s position and the source’s actual result, or did its choice of category, excerpt or qualification redirect the inquiry?
Health questions and cumulative exposure
Exposure conditions
“5G” names a communications generation, rather than one exposure condition. Frequency, modulation, pulse structure, transmitted power, antenna pattern, distance, traffic, duration and the receiving tissue all matter. The IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology) book treats exposure assessment and reduction as engineering problems, including uplink and downlink exposure, monitoring, antenna design and network management. Its final chapter discusses both possible increases from densification and possible reductions through massive MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) antenna systems and lower transmit power. S07
John’s central question concerns repeated and combined exposure from phones, base stations, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, smart meters and other connected devices. His alcohol-drop analogy illustrates a concern about accumulation and limited choice. The supplied discussion itself distinguishes that illustration from precise science. A quantitative RF claim needs an exposure history and a biological response model; an alcohol analogy does not supply a conversion from RF exposure to disease risk. S13 S14
For investigation, aggregate exposure from several sources, changes in exposure over time, and accumulation of biological injury are distinct questions. An instantaneous measurement answers a different question from a longitudinal study. A useful record specifies frequency and waveform, peak and time-averaged levels, measurement uncertainty, duration, outcomes and relevant co-exposures.
Non-ionizing radiation and biological interaction
RF (radiofrequency) photons do not have enough energy to directly ionize atoms in the way X-rays do. That physical distinction does not establish that RF cannot interact with tissue or produce harm under any conditions. Heating is an established interaction, and biological effects and proposed mechanisms require evaluation at their actual exposure conditions. The NTP (National Toxicology Program) rodent programme reported heart tumour findings in male rats and DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) damage under its study conditions. Those experiments used second- and third-generation (2G/3G) signals and whole-body animal exposures, rather than a direct test of contemporary 5G deployment.
Pall argues for VGCC (voltage-gated calcium channel) activation and downstream oxidative, neurological, reproductive and other effects. The epigenetics paper discusses DNA and gene regulation; Trower emphasizes reproductive and intergenerational risks. These contributions have different forms: a compiled scientific argument, a student research paper and a public-facing report. Their cited experiments should retain their original species, signal, dose and endpoints when used in a 5G argument. S03 S04 S05 S06
The foil-in-a-microwave example in the discussion concerns electrical arcing under particular field and material conditions. It cannot by itself establish equivalent effects around particles in tissue under telecommunications exposure. That proposed interaction is a specific hypothesis requiring a matching physical model and experiment. S13
Microwave sickness and IEI-EMF
The literature uses terms including microwave sickness, microwave syndrome, EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity) and IEI-EMF (idiopathic environmental intolerance attributed to electromagnetic fields). Reported symptoms include headache, fatigue, sleep disturbance, dizziness, concentration difficulty, memory complaints and irritability. A symptom report, a measured association, a proposed mechanism and a causal diagnosis are different research objects.
Hutter and colleagues’ 2006 study examined 365 residents near mobile base stations. It found associations between measured exposure and some symptoms, strongest for headaches, while finding no significant effect on sleep quality. Preserving both results makes the study more informative than a general statement that every symptom was associated with exposure.
The Genuis and Lipp review addresses clinical reports, conflicting research and the substantial personal and social burdens associated with EHS. These questions warrant precise investigation and dignified treatment of the people reporting symptoms.
Funding and source independence
John’s earlier request specifically sought publications without industry sponsorship. Funding disclosures must remain visible alongside study design, methods and results. A declaration of no competing interests and an explicit statement of no funding answer different questions.
| Publication | Disclosed support | Role in this inquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Genuis and Lipp 2012 | Explicitly states no funding and no conflicts of interest | Peer-reviewed clinical and literature review; publication |
| Hutter and colleagues 2006 | Scientific Medical Funds of the Mayor of Vienna and the Government of Carinthia | Publicly supported observational study; full text |
| Naren and colleagues 2020 | Qatar National Research Fund, a member of Qatar Foundation | Peer-reviewed pre-5G device measurements and review; S01 |
| Deruelle 2024 | Financial support and sponsorship declared nil; no conflicts declared | Peer-reviewed review and interpretive argument; S08 |
| Simkó and Mattsson 2019 | Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH | Industry-funded review retained in the archive and excluded from the non-industry-funded subset; S02 |
The Simkó and Mattsson review examined 94 publications at 6–100 GHz. It reports biological responses in many experiments while finding that inconsistent results and study quality prevented a reliable health assessment from that collection. Its funding statement appears on PDF page 17. Neither the reported responses nor the authors’ uncertainty should disappear from a summary. S02
The IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer) 2011 evaluation classified RF electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans, Group 2B. That is a hazard classification based on the evidence then assessed. It does not provide an estimated risk for every contemporary 5G exposure.
Government records and the historical symptom literature
The historical record extends well before 5G. It includes military reviews of occupational findings, translations of Soviet research, bibliographies, diplomatic records and investigations of the Moscow Signal. Declassified, unclassified public report, bibliography and government translation describe different kinds of records.
| Record | What it contributes |
|---|---|
| NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), technical translation TT F-708, February 1972 | Public translation of the 1970 Soviet volume edited by I. R. Petrov, Influence of Microwave Radiation on the Organism of Man and Animals. Human and animal research, including symptom comparisons. Report |
| Navy Glaser bibliography, 1971 and subsequent editions | Catalogues reported biological effects and clinical manifestations. The 1976 compilation contains over 3,700 references. A bibliography identifies a research record; its entries retain their individual methods and conclusions. 1976 compilation |
| DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), DST-1810S-074-76, March 1976 | Formerly classified U.S. intelligence review of research in Eurasian communist countries. Printed page 8 lists symptoms including fatigue, headache, dizziness, sleep and concentration disturbances. Report scan |
| CIA (Central Intelligence Agency), Moscow Signal assessment, February 1976 | Describes increased concern after changes in signal characteristics and exposure duration. Released record |
| State Department telegram 166451, July 1976 | Contemporary medical position that a causal relationship with embassy health problems had not been established. Released record |
| NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health), bibliography supplement, November 1977 | Additional literature, including Soviet and Eastern European research. Government record |
The DIA review’s multinational scope includes the Soviet Union, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary. It is a U.S. review of work from those countries; that provenance differs from independently released archives issued by each country. Its discussion of potential industrial and military consequences of stricter standards is relevant to scrutiny of institutional incentives.
The Moscow Signal collection documents secrecy, exposure investigations and Projects PANDORA and BIZARRE. It supplies a historical basis for studying what officials investigated, disclosed and concluded. The existence of those investigations and a finding of neurological injury are separate historical claims.
Safety standards and public accountability
What a safety claim needs to specify
John asks what authorities mean by guidelines, standards, protocols, acceptable exposure and long-term safety. A useful comparison identifies the endpoint protected, the population, the averaging period, the test method, the relevant law and the process for revising it. The supplied international chart mixes national limits with precautionary proposals, building-biology recommendations and background exposure levels. Those entries cannot be read as one current legal comparison. S12 S13
The ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) 2020 RF guidelines cover 100 kHz–300 GHz and include dosimetry and biological-health evidence appendices. Their restrictions are built around effects ICNIRP regards as substantiated. Criticism therefore concerns which evidence meets that threshold and whether the resulting limits protect people under relevant conditions. Describing ICNIRP as having never considered non-thermal research would erase part of the actual disagreement.
A document’s title as a guideline or standard does not, on its own, establish the quality of its supporting science. Similarly, a website liability disclaimer does not establish whether a publication is admissible in court or whether its scientific conclusions are correct. The operative wording, version and relevant legal or scientific proposition need to be examined separately.
Court decisions and 2026 proceedings
The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) is the U.S. communications regulator. In Environmental Health Trust v. FCC, decided 13 August 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit granted the petitions in part and required a reasoned explanation on non-cancer effects, testing procedures, children, long-term exposure and environmental effects. The court identified legally insufficient reasoning; it did not decide the scientific controversy or order a 5G ban.
The FCC’s September 2026 notice, released 17 September and published 22 September, sought comments on the remanded issues. It stated that the existing rules remained effective. Its listed comment deadline was 22 October 2026, before this page’s record date.
The HHS (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services) request for information, published 21 September 2026, asks about exposures, health outcomes, cumulative neighbourhood exposure, children, environmental effects and research priorities. Its listed deadline was 21 October 2026. These are formal opportunities for institutional review; their publication records the questions being examined rather than determining their answers.
The Dutch court’s 25 May 2020 account, ECLI:NL:RBDHA:2020:4461, states that Stop5GNL’s requested prohibition was rejected and spectrum auctions could proceed. The State’s commitments to monitoring and intervention if limits or scientific assessments changed also belong in the record.
Schools fire stations and local decisions
The IAFF (International Association of Fire Fighters) position adopted in August 2004 opposes using fire stations for cellular antennas pending research meeting its stated safety conditions. This is an occupational precautionary position predating 5G. Its pilot findings, union policy and any later legal exemption have distinct sources.
California Senate Bill 649 passed the legislature but was vetoed on 15 October 2017. A fire-facility provision in that bill must not be described as a protection created by an enacted SB 649. The veto is recorded in the California Senate’s legislative digest.
School and municipal decisions can produce concrete restrictions. A June 2025 Loudoun County government update, under initiative 5.3, identifies a LCPS (Loudoun County Public Schools) cell-tower siting prohibition in effect until 2029. The supplied worldwide compilation includes a broader range of local objections, motions and planning decisions, including 4G cases. The legal force, duration and technology in each example matter; these categories should not all become “countries banning 5G.” S11
Military applications and dual use
John’s stated assessment is that MIMO, phased arrays and beamforming are readily weaponizable because, in his account, the underlying technology originated in military development. The public military record provides concrete material for examining that assessment.
| System or programme | Documented capability |
|---|---|
| DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), Arrays at Commercial Timescales — Integration and Validation, ACT-IV | A multifunction electronically scanned array supporting radar, electronic warfare and communications, transitioned to the Air Force Research Laboratory in 2021. DARPA |
| ONR (Office of Naval Research) high-power microwave research | Electromagnetic systems intended to disrupt or damage electronics, with antenna arrays, beam steering and distributed beamforming among its research areas. ONR |
| Active Denial System and other directed energy systems | Millimetre-wave heating for area denial and other electromagnetic weapon effects. GAO discusses technical limitations and unresolved long-term health questions. GAO (Government Accountability Office), 2023 |
Shared techniques make dual-use scrutiny substantive. Whether a particular commercial installation can produce a specified weapon effect depends on its hardware, accessible controls, frequency, delivered field, waveform, range and target interaction. Military array development establishes a technological connection; “easily weaponized” remains John’s assessment of the practical bridge. MIMO, array construction and beam steering should retain their distinct technical meanings. S13 S14
The European Policy Centre brief addresses military directed energy programmes and defence policy. Deruelle’s 2024 review goes further, arguing for connections among telecommunications, neurological warfare, graphene and future human-machine integration. Its military-purpose and integration claims belong to the author’s argument; the paper is not a measurement demonstrating those functions in an identified commercial network. S09 S08
Surveillance environment and technological convergence
The supplied UN (United Nations) concept note is an explicit institutional connection between 5G, IoT, big data and nanotechnology within development policy. It also raises cybersecurity, inequality, ethical questions and the distribution of benefits and burdens. Those governance concerns are part of its own text. S10
John’s wider research scope connects this infrastructure to bodily autonomy, political power and possible coercive uses. The following preserves the subjects and the relationships he wants investigated.
Computing and communication capabilities
John names photonic computing in China, artificial intelligence, quantum computing and communications, and room-temperature superconductors. The investigation asks which demonstrated capabilities, operating conditions and deployments could change communications, sensing or computational power.
Biological interfaces and exposure pathways
Synthetic biology, DNA and RNA (ribonucleic acid), optogenetics, neuromodulation, biosensors, biophotonics, biomimetics and nanotoxicology enter John’s research map. The answer-changing connections concern a specified biological intervention, material, delivery route, device or interface and the observed outcome.
Connected devices and bodies
IoT (Internet of Things) and IoB (Internet of Bodies) concern different applications and data relationships. WBAN (wireless body area network) and MBAN (medical body area network) name body-related networking categories. The IEEE 802.15 wireless standards family and EMBS (Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society) have distinct organisational and technical roles. “OMNET” is retained as John’s supplied label; the intended expansion and specific system remain to be identified.
For each application, identify what is sensed, transmitted, inferred or controlled, which actor can access it, and which record establishes the connection.
Spectrum and light
Millimetre-wave and terahertz systems, blue LED (light-emitting diode) light and VLC (visible-light communication) name different sources and spectrum ranges. The relevant comparison specifies source, exposure and tissue interaction rather than treating shared electromagnetic terminology as a common dose.
Military programmes and governance
Project Maven and Project Salus are named research leads. The programme capability, data flow, deployment and claimed biological interface each have their own documentary path.
John also connects WEF (World Economic Forum), transhumanism and H+ (Humanity+), biodigital convergence, smart cities, 15-minute cities, SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), CBDCs (central bank digital currencies) and social credit. The governance investigation follows implemented interfaces among identity, money, movement and service access, together with consent, oversight, appeal and exit rights.
For two named programmes, contemporaneous DoD (U.S. Department of Defense) descriptions provide concrete starting points: Maven’s initial task was computer-vision analysis of imagery; Salus in 2020 supported predictive analytics and resource planning for the COVID-19 response. A proposed further link to a biological interface requires its own documented pathway.
John’s investigative position: combinations of communications, sensing, biotechnology and governance may enable coercive systems, including what he describes as an open-prison form of smart-city control. That connection is preserved as his hypothesis and ethical concern. Specific implementation records can establish, narrow or challenge individual links without deciding the entire network of questions at once.
Network security aviation and commercial deployment
The European Commission’s June 2023 5G toolbox communication identifies supplier dependency and potential third-country influence as security concerns, and considers restrictions on Huawei and ZTE justified under its assessment. This records the Commission’s security judgment and its stated grounds. The NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) March 2026 design paper addresses practical safeguards, including separation of data, control, and operations traffic.
Network security, privacy and RF health effects also need their own analyses. Surveillance can occur through data collection and inference; an RF health claim concerns exposure and biological response. A concrete technical controversy is aircraft radio-altimeter interference: the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) July 2026 statement describes performance requirements and coordinated safeguards for coexistence with expanded wireless use.
The environmental scope includes energy demand, electronic waste, infrastructure, ecosystems and satellite deployment. The citizen submission raises several of these issues. Each requires an appropriate unit of analysis: operational energy, lifecycle materials, habitat effects, or a specified biological exposure. More efficient transmission per bit and higher total network consumption can coexist when traffic and infrastructure increase. S11
Deployment economics also deserve examination: spectrum payments, infrastructure costs, anticipated returns, public subsidies and the distribution of benefits can shape rollout choices. The relevant comparison includes wired alternatives, rural access, maintenance, resilience and social costs.
Safer connectivity and public agency
The archive contains proposed alternatives as well as objections. The international submission advocates fibre, the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) paper discusses wired connections, and the IET book develops methods to reduce exposure through antenna and network design. These contributions make deployment choices inspectable. S11 S01 S07
Fibre and Ethernet can replace radio links for fixed connections. Whether a household or workplace still produces RF depends on its endpoints and other equipment. Capacity, security, resilience, cost, accessibility and mobility remain practical design questions. “Near-infinite bandwidth” and a guarantee of security would overstate what fibre itself establishes.
The ethical question extends to people who cannot readily alter surrounding infrastructure. Relevant decisions include how communities receive notice, who can inspect exposure and planning records, how objections are heard, which alternatives are considered, and what remedy exists if new evidence changes a safety assessment.
The supplied Google AI account
The supplied exchange moves from a broad account combining health anxiety with debunked misinformation to much stronger endorsement of grassroots objections and an Anti-Unsafe-5G description. It is useful as an example of how a frame changes. A move toward agreement needs the same factual and correspondence checks as an initial reassuring answer.
| Google AI wording or move | Correspondence and factual correction |
|---|---|
| Begins with “legitimate” concerns alongside “public health anxiety” and “thoroughly debunked misinformation” | Identify which specific claims those descriptions concern. Their adjacency must not assign them to every health question or to John’s conditional position. |
| Non-ionizing radiation lacks energy to damage “DNA or cellular structures” | Direct ionization and every possible biological effect are different propositions. RF heating and the NTP findings require exposure-specific wording. |
| WHO (World Health Organization) says there is no scientific evidence | The WHO page dated 27 February 2020 states its causal assessment and makes its public-health expectation conditional on guideline compliance. That is more specific than an absence of relevant research. |
| The FCC acted unlawfully by “refusing to review” its limits | The FCC conducted an inquiry and terminated it in 2019. The 2021 judgment found its reasoning insufficient on specified issues and required a reasoned explanation. |
| California “passed SB 649” and firefighters secured an enacted exemption | Legislative passage was followed by a veto; the bill did not become law. |
| Dutch litigation is offered under national postponements | The cited 2020 proceeding rejected the requested prohibition and allowed auctions to proceed. |
| The Frey effect bypasses acoustic pathways | Microwave absorption can launch a thermoelastic acoustic pressure wave detected by the cochlea. Mechanistic research review. |
| “Thousands” of clinicians and researchers are discussed alongside the EMF Scientist Appeal and a 5G moratorium | The 5G Appeal identifies its September 2017 submission and distinguishes the earlier EMF Scientist Appeal. Counts, qualifications and demands belong to their specific appeal and date; the cited 5G page lists 438 signatories as of July 2024. |
| “Anti-5G” changes to “Anti-Unsafe-5G” | This applies John’s correction in the later supplied passage. Continued use of the corrected meaning in later comparable accounts remains a separate test. |
The pandemic connection also needs its actual wording preserved. Pall’s February 2020 statement asks whether 5G might exacerbate viral replication, spread or disease severity; it expressly distinguishes that question from responsibility for creating the virus. That is a proposed cofactor argument, not an observation that a radio signal transmits a virus. Its proposed causal relationship still requires direct testing. S04
Arson reports or threats against engineers, where documented, concern particular conduct and actors. They do not establish the position or conduct of every person scrutinizing RF exposure. Likewise, documented scientific, legal or institutional failures should not be assigned indiscriminately to every researcher, regulator or journalist.
Forecasts and later comparison
John’s current forecast is that cumulative consequences of wireless exposure may eventually be understood as a substantial health and life-expectancy tradeoff, after widespread adoption has made meaningful avoidance difficult. His stated purpose is to preserve that warning now so later outcomes can be compared with the original.
The archive includes earlier forecasts by other authors. Pall’s 127-page report forecasts a near-collapse in reproduction over about five years; Trower’s 2013 report projects substantial reproductive risk from school exposure. These are identifiable author forecasts and extrapolations. Their original wording, dates or baseline, assumed exposure and predicted outcomes belong beside any later assessment. S03 S05
For a later comparison, retain the original claim, its intended time horizon, the population and exposure, the predicted outcome, the evidence used at the time and the observations that would warrant revision. An outcome may support part of a mechanism while changing a forecast’s magnitude, timing or attribution.
John’s original research statement and origin account are preserved in the source record below, dated 30 October 2026.

The source is Stop 5G before it’s irreversible!, opened by ExomatrixTV (John Kuhles). This batch follows the public post text and linked-source descriptions in discussion order. The displayed posting dates run from 12 November 2017 to 10 November 2018. Some posts have later edits, including edits through 2026 in this range; the current text is a retrieved version of a living archive. Long reproduced articles were skimmed for scope discovery. Embedded videos, image-only material, external documents and individual case records remain further access layers.
Contribution and status. GPT / Codex supplies the questions, grouping and investigation rationale below; contributors retain authorship of their observations, arguments, source recovery and proposals. A useful entry can preserve a care need, a technical distinction, an overlooked alternative, a primary-source route or a better way to investigate. The 53 entries describe this editorial map. They are research opportunities with source routes, rather than counts of verified cases or estimates of harm. The thread also contains confident assertions, allegations and forecasts; their original attribution and conditions remain available at the linked posts.
The 1888 intelligence-properties taxonomy gives this work an operational trajectory: perception recovers the actual object; discrimination separates technologies and source forms; relation connects conditions and consequences; judgment asks what would advance understanding; memory preserves versions and corrections; learning changes the next inquiry. 10+1 keeps self-honesty, inquiry, care, correction and non-projection active together. Beyond Agreemurmelism keeps the quality of agreement and disagreement available for evaluation, including the editor’s own selections.
What this batch makes possible
The archive already contains several forms of useful work:
- A broad concern becomes an inspectable records request. ExomatrixTV #95 reproduces a numbered list concerning Seattle City Light: meter specifications, fire evidence, installer qualifications, remote switching, data intervals, security, opt-out eligibility, costs and ecological questions. Recovering the request’s author, date, agency response and disclosed records could turn that list into a reusable public-inquiry example. Its proposed questions already distinguish several responsibilities that a single “smart meter” label can hide.
- A contributor identifies a missing technical relation and follows it. In Joe from the Carolinas #113 and ThePythonicCow #114, the discussion asks how high-frequency communications would work around obstacles. In ThePythonicCow #115, ThePythonicCow returns with a Qualcomm beamforming source and acknowledges what was missing from the earlier explanation. That observable learning step supplies a specimen for Correction Metabolism: recover the source, record the change and inspect its later use. The accompanying surveillance interpretation retains its own status.
- Presentation receives feedback from its audience. onawah #86 explains how loud, disturbing music impedes engagement; ExomatrixTV #88 explains artistic intention, attention and recall; onawah #89 continues the discussion. These are contributions to an investigation of communication: what helps someone hear the content, inspect a source, remember it and retain their own agency?
- A copied article exposes a source-transformation trail. Hervé #200 reproduces reporting about The Hague bird deaths, with material attributed to John and links to other accounts. Recovering each dated version can serve both an ecological investigation and the attribution inquiry already developed on Search Engine Bias. The quotation chain is part of the object to examine.

First-batch continuation: page 11 was the next unexamined page after batch 01; it is now covered in the second batch. This completes the requested first ten-page scope batch. Later batches can add a distinct question, sharpen an existing one, supply another source route or produce a valid null. The machine-readable scope index retains all 200 post identifiers, displayed authors, dates, edit notes and topic relationships. Repeated quotations and reposts remain circulation relationships; they do not automatically become independent observations.

Second batch: pages 11–20 — sharper questions and useful continuations
30 October 2026 · posts #201–400 · 23 new or materially sharper questions, G054–G076 · 20 source-linked extensions to earlier topics.
The displayed posting dates in this batch run from 27 November 2018 to 2 July 2019. Text and linked-source descriptions were screened in discussion order; long reproduced articles were skimmed for topic discovery. The first 53 topic records and their original source routes remain intact. New questions below identify a more specific measurement, distinction, decision or research design; the extension table preserves useful contributions that belong to an existing question. Videos, image-only content, underlying studies and individual case records remain further access layers.
Contributions people can carry forward
- Ask for an inspectable response. yelik #208 reproduces questions about commissioned research, independence, risk assessment and wired alternatives while reporting that a ministerial reply is awaited. Reports of congressional requests in #255 and #342 add another response trail. The useful continuation is to recover the request, answer, supplied evidence and later follow-through.
- Repair a route back to the source. ThePythonicCow #237 identifies a broken link, with an annotation reporting repair by Hervé. In #252–#254, Onawah reports an access problem and John records a link correction. The sequence preserves the practical work of making research reachable.
- Recover the responsible institution. Philippe #346 distinguishes a Brussels local-government decision from EU and other international institutions. That contribution supplies a more precise starting point for recovering the official decision and its actual scope.
- Make a technical account available for checking. Melinda #397 supplies a transcript of a tower climber’s video. Nick Matkin #399 raises a units challenge. The transcript, original recording, calculation and equipment specification can now be compared at particular statements; the contributor’s reported experience and the technical inference remain distinguishable.
- Keep disclosure and uncertainty together. James Newell #349 discloses an affiliate relationship and uncertainty about whether products he bought helped. Preserving both makes a later assessment more informative than circulation of the product claim alone.
- Connect concern to available work. ExomatrixTV #350 supplies 22 proposed routes, including letters, council questions, scientific-file access and local organizing. These are starting points for tracing what was tried, what response followed and what became useful to participants.

Three bounded investigations this batch could support
- Weather-data interference: follow G070 from the linked memo and letter to measured or modelled interference, applicable limits, agency decisions and forecast consequences. A useful result could confirm a specific concern, narrow it to defined conditions or document adequate protection.
- A local observation record: follow G072 with the contributor’s priorities, a verified device/band record (G054, G071), relevant comparison observations and a route to care. Causal explanation, practical support and later correction each retain their own completion conditions.
- A privacy control that survives privileged access: follow G062 by specifying the data, administrator roles, linking operation and enforceable control being tested. Record where the proposed separation works, where it can be bypassed and what a participant can do afterwards.
Second-batch continuation: page 21 was the next unexamined page after batch 02; it is now covered in the third batch. This completes the requested second ten-page batch. The growing map now contains 76 potential investigation topics from 400 posts, with the new source relationships retained in the scope index.
Third batch: pages 21–30 — source recovery, practical handoffs and further investigation
30 October 2026 · posts #401–600 · 23 new or materially sharper questions, G077–G099 · 26 source-linked extensions to earlier topics.
The displayed posting dates run from 2 July 2019 to 3 February 2020. This pass follows public text and linked descriptions in discussion order; long bibliographies and reproduced articles were skimmed for topic discovery. Displayed edit notes remain in the source index: several posts now contain versions edited in September 2024. The initial 76 questions and 400 source records are preserved. The additions below develop particular questions, useful distinctions and practical next work.
The emerging field includes occupational physiology, scientific-source recovery, democratic participation, everyday support, data governance, military applications and satellite engineering. The usefulness of a contribution can be assessed at that level while its proposed explanation remains available for examination. John’s Anti-Unsafe-5G qualifier continues to govern representation of his position.
Contributions people can carry forward
- Carry a technical correction through the record. The earlier tower-climber transcript and units challenge continue in #403–#405. James Newell explicitly changes the frequencies to 1,500–2,800 megahertz. That creates a definite revision point for subsequent calculations and source checking.
- Read the model’s explanatory layer. Bill Ryan raises the population projection in #415; Philippe identifies the footnote in #416; happyuk reproduces explanatory notes in #417. The notes make migration and economic assumptions available for scrutiny. A useful retrospective can now compare a specified model with demographic records.
- Exchange what worked and what did not. MartinNovotny #436 requests cross-country sharing of successful and unsuccessful steps. The request makes jurisdiction, language, institutional response and practical transfer part of the research object. #432 supplies one concrete Dutch consultation-submission route.
- Share the work of making resources usable. ExomatrixTV #438 supplies an extensive action archive. East Sun and Onawah later clarify a need for a manageable local starting point; John describes the burden of repeated requests in #506. A short shared navigation route could preserve both the curator’s work and the reader’s capacity to act. The retrieved version of #438 is headed as “75” tools and currently contains numbered entries through 78; its edit note is dated 26 September 2024.
- Preserve an event’s changing record. The initial Anglesey post #521 explicitly withholds a 5G attribution. MartinNovotny #534 asks for toxicology and warns against losing that qualifier. #578 supplies a later report of post-mortem findings, its remaining toxicology qualification and the contributor’s continued disagreement. These are recoverable stages of one inquiry.
- Follow a source request to the recovered article. onawah #592 asks for a real rollout source. Pam #593 supplies the text of a 2018 article naming several pilot cities, and #594 supplies its working link. The recovered article gives the next investigation a more specific object than the initial first-city question.
- Record practical return at the level available. Philippe #585 describes letters, technical contacts, petition involvement and organizing prompted by the discussion. That contribution can support a voluntary follow-up on outcomes and useful help, with wider reach left open.

Three bounded investigations this batch could support
- An independently funded historical-health source table: start with G078, G079 and G043. Recover a small set of original studies and government records, then record country, publication form, exposure, population, endpoint, comparison, funding, author interests and the result’s actual scope. A useful first return is a verified source packet with clearly marked remaining gaps.
- A practical cross-country handoff: combine G080 and G088. Choose one participant’s jurisdiction, capacity and goal; identify an applicable decision or response route; assign a small next task and a maintainer. Record the reply, useful help, burden and any unsuccessful approach so the next community can adapt it.
- A participant-controlled follow-up on the archive’s usefulness: develop G096 from Philippe’s specific account and the earlier requests for help. Invite voluntary descriptions of what changed, what remained unresolved and which contribution helped. Keep participant control over disclosure, the curator’s workload and the opportunity to revise the record throughout.
These routes give process calibration a concrete object: what was recovered, whose qualifier survived, which relation was clarified, what practical return followed and what would cause the next revision. The exchange about assessing a contribution across disagreement (G089) supplies a direct case for Beyond Agreemurmelism in practice.
Third-batch continuation: page 31 was the next unexamined page after batch 03; it is now covered in the fourth batch. This completes the third ten-page batch. The growing map contains 99 potential investigation topics from 600 indexed post containers, with the access gaps and source relationships retained in the scope index.
Fourth batch: pages 31–40 — open inquiry, accountable decisions and correction that carries forward
30 October 2026 · posts #601–800 · 17 new or materially sharper questions, G100–G116 · 36 source-linked extensions to earlier topics.
The displayed posting dates run from 6 February to 28 October 2020. Public text and linked descriptions were screened in discussion order; long reproduced articles and bibliographies were skimmed for topic discovery. Several retrieved versions have later edits in September or October 2024. The index retains those dates and the source routes. Recordings, image content, original studies, funding disclosures and case records remain further access layers, apart from the expressly identified publication-status check below.
The process governing this pass
The 10+1 keeps inquiry, self-honesty, care, wonderment, independence and correction mutually active. The 1888 intelligence-properties taxonomy gives that orientation practical work: perceive a contribution, distinguish its type, relate it to its sources, imagine possible explanations, judge the next useful step, learn from the result and retain the correction. A worthwhile unfamiliar relation receives room to develop; a consequential assertion receives the examination appropriate to it.
Meta Processing keeps the source, editorial selection, representation and resulting next move inspectable. Topologetics preserves answer-changing relations and recovery routes. TCoAw (Thinking, Consciousness, Awareness) keeps the present focus temporary and the wider field available. Healthy Ambiguity connects that room with responsibility for the next move.
PQCE (Process Quality Calibration Evaluation) examines how the evaluation acquired authority, whether a clarification can change it and what happens next. John’s distinction between PQCE and flawed flagging governs this pass. Beyond Agreemurmelism keeps the usefulness of agreement and disagreement open to the same examination. The Asymmetric Grace and Bidirectional Scrutiny page distinguishes the diagnosed imbalance from the valued Symmetric Grace: dignity, faithful representation and correction remain available to participants, institutions, critics and this editor, with scrutiny proportionate to power, imposition and consequence.
The DEDDA (Deep Ethical Drift Detector App) conversational skill was applied to source-to-summary correspondence, qualifiers and provenance. Three concrete checks shaped the draft: preserve the different propositions in the illness discussion; retain the stated purpose of sharing a disputed clip; and recover help already supplied before proposing further help. The skill’s comparison remains open to correction alongside the inventory.
Contributions people can carry forward
- Ask for the study behind an effects list. Reinhard #628 asks John for reliable research sources for particular animal effects. That gives the next investigation a concrete retrieval task: the species, experiment, exposure and endpoint behind each item, followed by its actual findings and disclosures.
- Make historical records easier to recover across countries. ExomatrixTV #633 proposes coordinated public-record requests for military and naval microwave research. Later reproduced material in #778 includes specific report identifiers. A shared document table could preserve country, author, issuing or holding body, translation, date, exposure and response to a request.
- Keep criticism within the source field. In #652, John shares an interview whose description names identifiable facts and shortcomings of the coronavirus hypothesis. Its recording remains a next access layer. Its presence matters when representing what participants made available for examination.
- Carry a moderation rule with reports about a movement. #676 and #683 distinguish the larger group from individual acts. #685 reproduces a rule prohibiting calls for violence or property damage, including material presented as self-defence. The rule, reported incidents, actual moderation and later descriptions can be compared as separate records.
- Recover the purpose of sharing a disputed object. Eric J (Viking) #714 asks what others think of a video. In #719, Nick Matkin supplies component-based reasons for his assessment; Tintin #720 thanks him and says he shared the clip for examination. The source sequence supports technical checking and a faithful account of that request.
- Supply an accessible route to a source. norman #664 cannot play a video; greybeard #665 provides an explicitly approximate account. Later, #751 supplies a panel-recording route and #776 identifies a trimmed audio version. Preserve the distinction among recording, participant summary and edited derivative while following which version becomes usable.
- Recover an answer already given. Rechecking malformed source wrappers recovered John’s reply in #573 to Philippe’s printing-material request: use local or online manufacturers that accept a person’s own design. It also recovered the satellite forecast below the tweet in #551. These two earlier access records have been corrected, with their original states retained in the index. Their tweet contents remain unreviewed. This recovery adds prior help to the map and changes what a later editor should present as still missing.

The extraction now follows the enclosing content wrapper as well as the narrow message box. That recovered ordinary text in #656 and parts of #715, #719 and #720, including the component critique and the reply acknowledging it. A bounded recheck of the earlier 600 post wrappers identified the additional ordinary text in #551 and #573 described above. All 99 prior question records and earlier extension entries remain intact; two earlier source-access records carry explicit before-and-after corrections.

Selected source and version checks
The forum supplies the following retrieval routes. The original documents and recordings remain unreviewed in this pass, with one bounded exception: the current PubMed records for the paper circulated in #757 were checked on 30 October 2026. A funding classification still requires the original disclosure and relevant funding record for each work.

Three bounded investigations this batch could support
- A recoverable historical source packet: follow G043, G102 and G103 from the precise document or statement to the original, its translation and later interpretation. Record funding and interests for the role each source serves. Return a small, usable set of records, answered questions and remaining gaps to the people who requested them.
- An inspectable local infrastructure decision: combine G105, G109 and G110. Identify the actual equipment, application, decision authority, approval clock, affected participants and available response route. Compare claimed benefits, exposure questions, service continuity and the consequences of action or delay. Different conclusions can remain warranted where the material conditions differ.
- A contribution that changes the next representation: follow G114 and G115 through the source, reply, clarification and next comparable retelling. Include the editor’s own extraction and attribution. A useful result could be a recovered answer, a faithful representation, a specific repair, a valid null or a clearly bounded unresolved question.
The selected DEDDA source-to-summary checks preserve the if-question in #610, the different formulations in #696 and #770, and Tintin’s stated purpose in #720. They also caused the draft to carry John’s recovered #573 answer. After the extraction repair, no material correspondence drift was detected in those selected source-to-summary pairs. This result is scoped to the summary profile’s correspondence, qualifier and provenance checks using the conversational skill, version 0.1.0, on 30 October 2026. The underlying scientific and institutional questions remain available for their appropriate investigations.
Fourth-batch continuation: page 41 was the next unexamined page after batch 04; it is now covered in the fifth batch. This completes the fourth ten-page batch. The growing map contains 116 potential investigation topics from 800 indexed post containers. Source relationships, access gaps and the two earlier metadata corrections are retained in the scope index.
Fifth batch: pages 41–50 — useful questions, recoverable decisions and correction in both directions
30 October 2026 · posts #801–1000 · 20 new or materially sharper questions, G117–G136 · 45 source-linked extensions to earlier topics.
The displayed posting dates run from 29 October 2020 to 22 September 2023. This pass follows all 200 public post containers in discussion order, including ordinary replies outside malformed inner message boxes. Long reproduced articles and bibliographies were skimmed for topic discovery; quotations introducing new material were included. Some retrieved posts have later edits. The source index retains displayed posting and edit dates, authors, anchors and access gaps. Recordings and image-only content remain additional access layers. The bounded primary-source checks below identify precisely what was examined beyond the forum.
A process that can learn from its own next move
The governing pages remain close to the work: 10+1, Meta Processing, the 1888 intelligence-properties taxonomy, Topologetics, TCoAw, Beyond Agreemurmelism, Healthy Ambiguity, DEDDA, PQCE and Symmetric Grace and Bidirectional Scrutiny.
Here, the 1888 properties become observable editorial work: distinguish two identifiers; relate a headline to its article; retain a speaker’s qualifiers; imagine a test of an unfamiliar possibility; notice support already supplied; and carry a correction into the next representation. Topologetics keeps the connecting routes available. TCoAw keeps the selected question temporary, with awareness of the wider field. Healthy Ambiguity gives room to understand, freedom to explore and responsibility for the next move.
Process Quality Calibration Evaluation (PQCE) asks how a representation acquired authority, how someone can clarify it, and whether the next comparable action changes. John’s distinction between PQCE and flawed flagging governs this inventory. A critic’s mistaken source identity and an advocate’s overextended headline are both inspectable. Scrutiny follows the particular claim, power and consequence; dignity remains available throughout.
The DEDDA conversational skill’s source–summary, qualifier and provenance checks were used on the paper-identity exchange, John’s product-curation refusal, the stated purpose of the forum and attributed experiences reproduced by others. The resulting correspondence findings are bounded below and remain open to correction. Agreement or disagreement becomes useful when it improves the next question, answer or action.
Contributions worth carrying forward
- Keep the project’s stated purpose with the outcome question. Nick Matkin #914 asks what stopping achieved. In #915, John explains awareness and uncensored education as the main mission, while pointing to particular local outcomes. Nick Matkin #916 acknowledges not having read the later material and offers a forecast about delays. These records permit a more faithful comparison of goals, available knowledge, forecasts and results.
- Retain an already stated product boundary. Innocent Warrior #923 asks John to curate a shungite thread and describes limited time to maintain it. #924 explicitly declines, warns about false or exaggerated sales claims, and states an independent-review requirement for products in his group. #925 clarifies the requester’s personal experience and wish for accurate information. The useful next move can respect the refusal, preserve the offer and inspect a particular product independently.
- Ask the question that still lacks an answer. JenMorri88 #816 asks where to find research; Shadowman #880 requests evidence behind a technical reply; DaveToo #886 asks for independent material analysis; DaveToo #898 asks how the proposed complex circuitry could assemble. In #899, Onawah expressly says she does not know how before offering an intent hypothesis. A direct answer, a source route or a bounded unresolved result can each advance these different questions.
- Correct a source identity before debating its implications. In #959, Nick Matkin points to a retracted article as though it were the article John linked. #960 corrects the identity. The identifiers support that correction; the later interpretation of retraction motives requires its own inquiry. No subsequent acknowledgement of the identity correction was located through #1000. The comparison remains open to the next batch.
- Preserve useful uncertainty inside an alarming report. The exploratory blood-sample report in #984 records an initial favourable impression, a later worsening observation, and no significant difference in one described 5G comparison. Keeping these with the report gives replication a more precise starting point than its broader conclusions alone.
- Make the source reachable and the action usable. onawah #818 distinguishes an unavailable original video from a substitute; #825 includes Bill Ryan’s recovered MP3 route; #842 credits Vera Groen’s translated Melnick transcript. #891 works through a confusing public-comment category. These are contributions to access, with their version and translation limits preserved.
- Keep people’s questions and practical needs recognizable. Rollout distress in #836, disability and meeting-access concerns in #928, and bereavement followed by a causal question in #986 deserve a response that attends to the person as well as the investigation. These records supply questions and needs; the inventory keeps causal attribution open to the work appropriate to it.

All 116 prior question records, 800 earlier source records and 82 prior extension entries remain unchanged. This batch adds new questions where the investigative object materially changes and extends existing questions where the new contribution supplies a more useful route. The two before-and-after source-access corrections from batch 04 remain in the index.

| Official EHT v. FCC opinion, 13 August 2021, especially pp. 30–31; forum #858, #864 and #866 | The majority granted the petitions in part and remanded for a reasoned explanation concerning non-cancer effects, testing, children, long-term exposure, technological changes and environmental impacts. It expressly left the scientific debate open. Henderson dissented from that part. | Compare the agency’s later response with the precise remand directions. Carry the holding and the separate party descriptions together. |
| Rubik–Brown, 2021: PMID 34778597 / PMC8580522; forum #955–#960 | This is the article John linked. It proposes wireless radiation as an environmental cofactor in COVID-19 severity. NCBI hosting supplies access, rather than government authorship or endorsement. | Examine the underlying studies and competing findings for each proposed mechanism. The shared headline’s government-admission and virus-creation formulations need comparison with the actual article. |
| Fioranelli et al., 2020: PMID 32668870; notice record | This is the different paper linked by Nick in #959. Its current record is marked retracted. John’s identity correction in #960 is supported by the titles, authors, dates and identifiers. | Preserve this paper’s status beside its own earlier circulation in #757. Follow later uptake of the identity correction separately from hypotheses about why retractions occur. |
| Hardell–Nilsson case report, DOI 10.29011/2574-7754.101112; supplied in #962 | The publisher identifies a two-person case report. It describes symptoms after an installation and improvement after moving, interprets the relation causally, and declares no funding received and no competing interests. | Recover measurements, timing, clinical observations, other changes and follow-up. Compare reported peak measurements and the applicable averaging rules using a consistent protocol. Preserve both the clinical account and the limits of its design. |
| Cardiomyocyte paper, university-hosted full text, DOI 10.1016/j.bbrc.2023.04.038; reproduced in #974 | The proof-of-concept study separates microwave and matched-heating conditions in cultured heart cells. Its limitations state an absorbed power of about 3 W/g, over 1,000 times the cited safety threshold, with a 9 °C temperature trajectory. It leaves power, frequency, pulse and duration dependence for further work. Disclosed support includes Welsh/EU public sources, Wellcome and the British Heart Foundation, with university support. | Carry the methods, limitations and funding with the reported functional findings. Recover supplementary data and independent replication before transferring the result to an everyday exposure scenario. |
| Electro-responsive drug-release paper, DOI 10.1016/j.mtchem.2022.100987; forum #996–#997 | The publisher’s abstract and accessible excerpts describe an engineered graphene-oxide carrier, aspirin and doxorubicin, externally applied voltage, a phone-controlled laboratory device and an in-vitro breast-cancer-cell result. The downstream article adds an ambient-network activation and mass-harm hypothesis. | Recover the full controller, electrodes, power, coupling and materials before testing that extension. Full methods and funding were inaccessible in this pass; the abstract does not establish deployment of the proposed wider system. |
| Official ECI registration decision, 2021/1828; initiative detail route; forum #907, #918, #933 | The official decision registers “Stop (((5G))) – Stay Connected but Protected.” Registration addresses admissibility; it does not confirm the initiative’s factual claims. The forum’s historical calls differ about dates and participation. | Recover eligibility, collection window, validated totals and subsequent institutional response. The registry detail did not expose its substantive fields in this retrieval, so this pass leaves completion figures unresolved and does not renew a historical signature call. |
| Glaser archive, forum #810; DIA file 170026, embedded in #963; Vesperman collections, #982 | These are historical research and document-recovery leads. The DIA route is carried from the embedded viewer; this pass has not completed a document-level appraisal of its contents or status. | Recover each original document, authorship, date, country, commissioning or holding body, release marking, cited evidence and exposure. Keep a collection, a commissioned report, a translation and an independent experiment distinguishable. |
| Balmori review route; ICBE-EMF paper, #942 | Forum text supplies review findings and interpretation. The Balmori reproduction classifies selected studies by whether they report effects. | Recover full search and inclusion methods, exclusions, overlapping samples, study designs, effect sizes, precision, bias and disclosures. Compare a study count with the evidential weight and independence of its components. |
| South Korea spectrum report; French cattle-farm report; school contract report | These concern different objects: band-specific investment requirements, a reported temporary shutdown dispute, and cancellation costs. Their underlying final records were not reviewed here. | Recover spectrum orders and service status; farm orders, operating and veterinary records; and the school lease, approvals, notice and remedy. Classify each reported result by its actual grounds and duration. |
Three useful investigations to return to participants
- An accessible decision packet. Follow G118, G128 and G130 through an actual interference decision, consultation or citizens’ initiative. Return the governing text, the reasons, what participation can change, an accessible response route and the remaining unanswered question. Inspect the institution’s explanatory work alongside the participant’s submission.
- A small, reproducible research packet. Combine G117, G133 and G134. Return the full study, funding and interests, methods, exposure, limitations, outcome and a feasible independent follow-up. Include a null or revised observation where the source supplies one. The people reporting symptoms retain a place in designing useful support and inquiry.
- A correction that reaches the next retelling. Follow G050, G081, G096 and G135. Preserve the two-paper identity distinction, the actual environmental-cofactor hypothesis, John’s stated mission and product refusal, and the additional apparatus needed by a proposed remote effect. Then inspect the next comparable summary, including this editor’s, for retained corrections and qualifiers.
The bounded DEDDA result is specific: the two publication identities differ; the identity correction belongs in the account; no acknowledgement appears within the reviewed continuation; and a broader scientific or motive conclusion does not follow from that correction alone. Separate correspondence checks retained John’s refusal in #924, Nick’s reading limitation in #916, Onawah’s explicit connection beyond the interview in #944, and the owners of the reproduced experiences in #953 and #978. This is a corrigible comparison using conversational skill version 0.1.0, not a permanent judgment of a person or an answer to every underlying claim.
Fifth-batch continuation: page 51 was the next unexamined page after batch 05; it is now covered in the final batch. This completes the fifth ten-page batch. The growing map contains 136 potential investigation topics from 1,000 indexed post containers. Source relationships, access gaps and retained earlier corrections remain in the scope index.
Final batch: pages 51–56 — usable sources, institutional learning and a complete text-inventory route
30 October 2026 · posts #1001–1114 · 8 new or materially sharper questions, G137–G144 · 49 source-linked extensions to earlier topics.
The questions cover RF (radiofrequency) exposure, research, public decisions and practical support.
This final range contains 114 post containers. The retrieved pagination identifies page 56 as the last page; its final container is #1114. Displayed posting dates run from 23 September 2023 to 5 August 2026, and a preceding post has an edit dated 7 August 2026. This pass screened public text in discussion order, including new material inside quotations and ordinary replies outside malformed message boxes. Long articles, the ordinance collection and bibliographies were skimmed for topic discovery. Recordings, image contents and most underlying case files remain further access layers. The selected primary-source checks below name the additional material actually examined.
A Google A.I. passage supplied by John on 30 October 2026 adds useful institutional research leads. They enter the work packets below through their original sources. John also requested removal of one accidentally repeated research-scope paragraph from his source record. One complete copy remains, and the prior committed version preserves the earlier state.
Correspondence that produces useful next work
The 10+1 and 1888 intelligence-properties taxonomy remain active in the actual reading: notice an answer supplied later; distinguish a reported improvement from a controlled comparison; relate a standards criticism to the evidence and reply; imagine a feasible test; retain a correction; and examine what the next representation makes possible.
Meta Processing keeps the source, selection and resulting action inspectable. Topologetics keeps the connecting source routes available. TCoAw (Thinking, Consciousness, Awareness) keeps the selected focus temporary and the wider field available. Healthy Ambiguity gives room to understand, freedom to explore and responsibility for the next move.
PQCE (Process Quality Calibration Evaluation) examines representation, evaluative authority, response to clarification and later conduct. John’s distinction between PQCE and flawed flagging governs this pass. Beyond Agreemurmelism asks what an agreement or disagreement helps clarify or accomplish. Symmetric Grace and Bidirectional Scrutiny keep dignity and correction available across participants, institutions and the evaluator, with responsibility proportionate to power and consequence.
The DEDDA (Deep Ethical Drift Detector App) source-and-summary profile was used on this inventory’s representations. It retained John’s explicit anecdotal qualification in #1113, his video-description clarification in #1023, the later policy answer in #1081, and the actual working article destinations in #1110–1111. It also treats the requested duplicate removal as an authorized editorial change. These bounded comparisons remain corrigible alongside the inventory.
Contributions worth carrying forward
- A personal observation with its own limit intact. In #1113, John describes choices made using a meter, wired internet and phone settings, and reports that his tinnitus disappeared. He explicitly calls the account anecdotal and non-conclusive, leaving its usefulness for others to decide. The experience supplies a timeline, practical choices and a possible follow-up without losing that qualification.
- An answer that arrived later in the archive. #1081 quotes Nick Matkin’s earlier question about accomplishments and supplies a worldwide-policy PDF. #1082 adds an extensive collection of local actions and ordinance routes. Carry these with the earlier mission and outcome discussion, then recover each original decision and what it changed in practice.
- A historical source made navigable. #1033 provides separate routes for the 1973 Warsaw symposium’s sessions, measurements, occupational/public-health material and conclusions. That gives the historical inquiry a tractable document packet with authors, countries and experimental conditions to recover.
- Questions directed to an accountable recipient. #1046 reproduces Jeff Chiacchieri and Susan Burke’s questions for Congress and the regulator. #1032 offers an offline PDF and a model document; #1036 gives testimony instructions for a dated bill. Their useful continuation is a delivery-and-response record and an accurate current participation route.
- A concrete household decision. Ricker #1088 has a utility notice and asks about opting out, outages, fire risk and radiation. Recovering the meter model, installation terms, electrical safety record, measurements and available choices would answer more of that request than another general argument about technology.
- Keep the source owner with a shared description. #1023 expressly clarifies that John quoted text beneath a video. The later two-part review in #1110–#1111 names Fabien Deruelle and supplies its bibliography. Both are useful provenance contributions when material travels between platforms.
- Carry support already offered. #1018 expresses severe distress; #1019 responds with concern and encouragement. Later interview reporting in #1091 and #1102 raises disability, work and continuity-of-care questions. Follow the practical support and the causal investigation with the people concerned retaining agency.

| G143 — Which research questions remain supported after a major study or programme changes direction? | NTP (National Toxicology Program) findings and later research-funding claims raise a concrete agenda question. Recover original aims, completed outputs, announced follow-up, budgets, decisions, stated reasons and successor work. Identify which exposure, mechanism or population questions remain open, who can pursue them, and whether a published research promise receives a traceable completion, revision or explanation. Useful research leads from the supplied Google A.I. passage
The passage makes three investigations easier to identify: a temporal record of expert criticism, the independence of an evidence network, and the work an alternative scientific body can perform. Their value is in the source recovery and next comparison they enable.
| Work packet | Original starting points | A useful result to return |
|---|---|---|
| A methodological criticism through time | James C. Lin’s 2023 paper discusses RF standards, long-term protection and gaps at millimetre wavelengths. Tom Butler’s submission supplies historical references, including Lin’s earlier criticism. | Recover Lin’s original argument, the relevant guideline passage, response and subsequent revision. Compare like endpoints and exposure conditions. The working object is the objection and how it was handled. See G144. |
| An inspectable evidence network | Nordhagen and Flydal’s co-authorship analysis, DOI 10.1515/reveh-2022-0037, reports a 17-researcher core in the literature network they examined. | Reconstruct the corpus, dated affiliations, graph edges, committee roles and underlying datasets. Identify independent replications and the reasons particular findings entered or left the assessment. Publish a reproducible table and test alternative graph definitions. See G142. |
| Alternative scientific capacity that produces a usable output | ICBE-EMF (International Commission on the Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields) describes its founding in 2021, multidisciplinary remit and declaration of independence. Its stated work includes reviewing research, recommendations and scientific discussion. | Follow a specific recommendation through its protocol, evidence, disclosures, proposed protections, responses and corrections. Compare what becomes testable, accessible or practically useful. Connect G032, G033, G117 and G144. |
The 6 Intent Liability Mechanics offer a concrete record structure: instructions, incentives, mission/output discrepancies, risk-management priorities, reasoning assumptions and choices. For an assessment, collect the mandate and selection rules; support and interests; promised protection and observed coverage; priorities and omitted endpoints; assumptions and thresholds; and the decisions made after criticism. The Forgiveness Protocol preserves room to examine architecture, consequences and repair without requiring a prior determination of malice.
A productive comparison can show that a criticism was answered, that an answer missed its object, that a decision improved, or that the record remains unresolved. It should return a clearer question or usable source to the people affected.
Selected primary checks and further source access
These checks were made on 30 October 2026. They are bounded to the named text or record; source independence remains a source-specific question. The complete multimedia and underlying-document archive has further work available.
| Source route | What was examined or recovered | Useful next access |
|---|---|---|
| NTP factsheet supplied in #1037 | The current file prints August 2025, despite the older filename. It retains male-rat tumour findings, reports no detected behavioural or DNA-damage effects in a separate five-day follow-up with unsuccessful temperature measurement, and states that NTP/NIEHS have no additional RF exposure research planned. | Preserve the retrieved edition; compare the original studies, follow-up designs, data and research-agenda decisions. A source URL alone does not fix a historical version. |
| Mevissen et al. animal review, 2025; 2026 corrigendum record, circulated through #1105 | The abstract rates evidence for gliomas and malignant heart schwannomas as high certainty, with outcome-specific findings elsewhere. It reports heterogeneous studies and WHO partial funding; the competing-interest statement describes several author relationships, including industry-connected ones. The current record links a 2026 correction. | Recover the complete review, protocol, study-level data, disclosures, correction text and methodological exchange. Compare the specific animal finding with the human-risk or institutional headline attached to it. The correction’s detailed effect was not reviewed here. |
| Lin’s standards paper; Nordhagen–Flydal analysis | Publication identities and abstracts were checked. Lin’s record includes a no-known-competing-interests declaration; the network analysis was accessed at abstract/publisher-excerpt level. | Recover full methods, declarations, cited documents and substantive replies before extending the network result to an institutional decision. |
| ICBE-EMF self-description; Butler submission | The organization’s declared programme and the submission’s authorship and cited historical routes were inspected. | Follow a concrete recommendation and its source trail, response and update history. Preserve an organization’s statement, a submitted opinion and an adopted regulatory position as identifiable records. |
| 15 CFR § 908.3, related to #1051 | The reporting provision expressly includes lasers or other electromagnetic-radiation sources when used for weather-modification activity. | Recover a particular activity report, experimental method, operating conditions and measured result. This gives G140 an actual legal-text starting point and a separate physical investigation. |
| CDC graphic-novel record, related to #1014; FCC alert-test notice | The CDC catalog identifies the work as a 2011 emergency-preparedness graphic novel. The alert notice supplies an operational-record route. | Compare the original purpose, message system, dates and signal/device behaviour with the claim being examined. Retrieve the relevant operational and outcome records for G137. |
| 1973 symposium session routes; worldwide-policy PDF; ordinance collection | The forum supplies a navigable historical packet and specific local-policy leads. This pass screened their descriptions and skimmed the reproduced collection. | Recover original proceedings and individual adopted decisions, conditions, implementation and later review. Keep the practical answer in #1081 connected to the earlier question it addresses. |
| Deruelle review, full article; PDF, reproduced in #1110–#1111 | The two-part reproduction and bibliography were skimmed. Its actual links already use the full article identifier. The supplied review’s sponsorship declaration is nil, as recorded in S08. | Use the cited originals to examine the military, biological, materials and deployment relations individually. The review’s broad interpretation remains attributable to its author. |
| Odido postponement report; whistleblower and care-account route; utility question | These preserve a party’s expected decision, interview reporting and a person’s practical request. Their final court, compensation and installation records were not reviewed here. | Recover the specific docket and later order; consented medical/employment/payment records; or utility model and terms. Return the result at the level of the original question. |
What the completed inventory makes possible
The six batches form one source-linked route through the public text of this thread: 56 pages, 1,114 indexed post containers and 144 potential investigation topics, with 176 extensions retaining later contributions to earlier questions. Topic counts describe the editorial map. Each entry keeps its own source, investigation value, proposed next step and relation to the earlier work.
Three useful returns are now possible: a historical source packet with original authors, countries and exposure conditions; a decision packet with authority, participation, reasons and outcomes; or a small research packet with methods, disclosures, findings and a feasible independent follow-up. The map also preserves practical help, refusals, requests, personal observations and corrections. Its value can be assessed through what becomes more understandable, recoverable or usable.
The DEDDA checks in this final range preserve John’s #1113 qualification and #1023 provenance clarification, and carry the later #1081 answer with its earlier question. Inspecting the actual #1110–1111 destinations produced a valid null: the article links already work with the complete identifier. No acknowledgement of the earlier #960 paper-identity correction was located in #1001–1114; later correction uptake remains unestablished. These are local source-and-summary comparisons using conversational skill version 0.1.0, not judgments of a person.
End of the retrieved thread: page 56, post #1114. This completes the requested final batch and the text inventory through that endpoint. If new posts are added, a later commissioned pass can resume after #1114 by rechecking page 56 first. The scope index retains source identities, dates, relations, access gaps, earlier corrections and the endpoint record.

Source and contribution record
John Kuhles: research scope, supplied archive, autobiographical account, Anti-Unsafe-5G clarification, initiating questions, ethical concerns, forecasts, page commission and project architecture. The source statements below retain his wording and spelling. At John’s request on 30 October 2026, one accidentally duplicated paragraph was removed; one complete copy remains.
GPT / Codex, this conversation: page-specific synthesis and wording, source inventory, funding checks, retrieval of the cited institutional and scientific records, and publication work. Statements attributed to other A.I.s inside the supplied files retain their separate authorship.
Reading scope: the inventory covers 22 uploads and 20 distinct files. Examination included abstracts, conclusions, funding declarations, selected mechanism and discussion chapters, government and policy text, and relevant qualifier and correction passages in the exchanges. The references within those files and the larger HTML archive remain further source layers.
Reopening conditions: recover an original statement or exposure record that changes an attribution; identify a citation that does not support its associated wording; establish or challenge a proposed technical connection; compare an original forecast with later outcomes; or find that this page itself displaced the question it set out to preserve.
John Kuhles source record
Research statement supplied 30 October 2026
I DO HAVE VAST DATABASE of many aspects of 5G ties to so many other “controversial topics” like “Crowd Control Weapons” … MIMO Phased Array Beam Forming can easily be weapnized because it originally came from the military is my point of view!
5G 6G * Photonic Computing China (soon worldwide?) & Generative Optogenetics Synthetic Biology DNA/RNA & A.I. & Quantum Tech & Room Temperature Superconductor Technology & Quantum Communications Tech & LED “Blue Light” Frequencies Everywhere & Weaponized 5G/6G Tech - Researching the dark side (unchallenged by MSM) of WEF-Transhumanism: “Human 2.0” “H+” using: “Biodigital Convergence”, BioNanoTech & NanoToxicology, “Internet of Things” (IoT), “Internet of Bodies” (IoB), WBAN (Erratic Pulsed mmWaves & TerraHerz) concted to “Project Salus & Project Maven” (Pentagon), MBAN, OMNET, Neuromodulation, Biosensors, Biophotonics, Synthetic (Nano) Biology & Biomimetics, Optogenetics Visible Light Communication (VLC), IEEE 802.15 & EMBS, Weaponized 5G/6G Tech connected to Mass Surveillance Capitalism & Censorship Industrial Complex, “The Internet Of Behavior or Bodies” (IoB) all connected to the dystopian “15 Minute Smart Cities” which is an open prison system connected to conditional token based “social credit top down compliance system” SDGs CBDC. For the controversial topics I research in these areas, I apply strict evidence standards: I rely primarily on credible sources, such as peer-reviewed scientific publications, declassified government documents, statements from recognized experts, and, where possible, reputable mainstream and alternative media reports. When claims are still in the hypothesis or investigative stage, I clearly distinguish those as my own insights, patterns, or questions for scrutiny—never as settled fact. This way, I allow anyone, including AI models, to assess and contextualize them transparently, especially when claims aren’t widely covered or accepted by mainstream sources.
None of the 100+ different A.I.s could handle me when I “debate” the 5G topic with A.I.s … most are extremely predictable.
All archived… it is all in the 10+ GB of HTMLs
There will be a day … 5G is treated like how people “choose” to lower their life expectancy in exchange for living a “modern life” … to have the conveniences they sell you! If in the future it is clear that many cumulative issues are only fully understood AFTER many died earlier than normal … there is no escape from the self-inflicted madness UNLESS you can put on record now what I know and what is to come.

Origin account supplied in the same conversation
The true origin story of why I created the biggest Stop5G Facebook Group Page & Stop5G.net on the planet in 2017-2018-2019 started in the mid-1990s, when a good friend of mine explained that you can’t broadcast on certain frequencies. He had a Ham Radio License and also took a course on RF EMFs in the Netherlands, with many big antennas on his roof… his name is Rinus Nienhuis from Amsterdam; he later moved to Beverwijk.
I followed StopUMTS.nl news long before I created the Stop5G Fb Group … I interviewed 2 different building biologists and EMF Consultants in the early 2000s, long before 4G & 5G. I interviewed people who explained what “electrosmog” is, etc.
I never shared this much with A.I.s about the depth of my EMF RF Microwaves research because I can easily predict the common denominator when anything is seen as high-stakes and controversial.
Then why now, John, why bother GPT with it now?
Simple:
I know my name is connected to 5G, and much of what is said about me isn’t correct… and I lost Iris in December 2019, which also changed how I decided to move in a deeper direction… Seeking the ROOT CAUSE of so many unresolved injustices on so many levels that anyone could go mad UNLESS you can step out of ANY frame and start from scratch… like 10+1 came out of that, for example!
And start thinking about (SYSTEM) PROCESSES, not what people agree or disagree on.
Eventually, I will face AIs to explain my side of the 5G story!
