John Kuhles commissioned the same contribution-preserving scope work developed on A.I.s & Health for his UFOlogy UAP Developments So Far, 2024–Present forum thread, with the uploaded research files studied alongside it. The useful task is to discover what warrants further inquiry, why it matters and which relationships keep that inquiry fruitful.
The thread brings together observations, professional testimony, personal experiences, source releases, scientific proposals, public-policy developments, older investigations and disagreements among participants. A contribution can supply an important question, an access route, a practical method or a missing relationship before its explanation is settled.
This is a living inquiry of the ACCM Deep Ethics Project, on an omnidirectional, high-signal, deep, ethical, dignifying, corrigible, sense-making, process-oriented trajectory, using the 1888 intelligence-properties taxonomy. Each topic remains recoverable and revisable as the work develops.
Vocabulary and the object of inquiry
A.I. (artificial intelligence) participates here in source recovery, comparison, organization and inquiry. UFO (unidentified flying object) and UAP (unidentified anomalous phenomena, also historically unidentified aerial phenomena) are the source field’s terms. The vocabulary itself becomes a research topic when a change in naming changes what material people can find or consider.
“Disclosure” can mean the release of a document, an admission about a programme, testimony becoming public, a change in reporting practice or a much broader confirmation proposed by a participant. The particular meaning travels with each source. A narrower release may create a valuable opening while broader questions remain unresolved.
What has been inspected
First batch: pages 1–10, posts #1–200, retrieved 29 October 2026. The thread’s pagination at retrieval showed 78 pages and 1,556 posts. The first batch covers the opening portion; page 11, post #201 is the continuation point.
The inspected layer comprises forum text, post metadata, quoted context, source-link descriptions and media pointers. Long pasted articles and descriptions were skimmed for scope. Video playback, image interpretation and independent examination of linked documents remain recoverable next tasks. U063 keeps the visual and minimally described contributions visible in that access queue.
The 67 topics and 248 memberships in 18 clusters are editorial inquiry objects. They organize questions and connections. Source truth, causal explanation, technical capability and legal status require their respective investigations. Dates and predictions within older posts retain their historical setting.
John’s files add a wider research field
The three research files were read alongside the thread. The two supplied continuity files were consulted for the project’s orientation, 1888 property field, source-status distinctions and mutually corrective 10+1. The table below is GPT’s page-specific synthesis of their useful contributions; it identifies the source layer so a later reader can recover the distinction.
| Supplied file / source layer | Useful contribution | What it changes in this inquiry |
|---|---|---|
| How to Assess alleged UFOs-UAPs FilmFootage(6).txt — John’s original account and a separately introduced GPT 5.5 Thinking expansion | Who recorded the event; where and when; original upload; independent witnesses and cameras; local and emergency records; competing inquiries; recording-system behavior. | A circulating clip becomes a set of source-recovery and observation tasks. Camera testing, reference points and environmental context can improve what is knowable. Thread #129 and #148 give public recovery routes for the method. |
| UFO big dossier(6).txt — John’s research history, personal accounts, hypotheses, archive pointers and attributed responses by several A.I.s | Continuity across decades; contact and consciousness accounts; terrestrial, temporal and other origin questions; professional witnesses; media treatment; possible technology interfaces. | The present-day news cycle becomes connected to earlier observations, methods and questions. John’s accounts retain their authorship; the appended A.I. interpretations remain attributed interpretations. |
| Post UFO-UAP Disclosure Effect.txt — John’s conditional future scenario | Public debate, proposed laws, emergency measures, opaque incentives, surveillance and A.I.-mediated perception management around a possible disclosure transition. | Investigation can follow what becomes known and what becomes authorized in its name. That gives public agency, informed participation and revisable governance a place beside observation. |
| cold starters kit(2).txt and ACCM-Deep-Ethics-Cold-Start-Kit-Reorganized-2026-10-26(2).txt — continuity orientation | Preserve distinct mechanisms, qualifiers, provenance, correction history and answer-changing relationships; remove redundant explanation while keeping the object recoverable. | The inventory’s questions, sources and memberships can survive the handoff to another session or investigator. Current public project sources govern later updates. |
Why the history matters here
John reports hands-on camera and video-editing experience, investigation of witness reports, a UFO Hotline, translated reporting questionnaires, magazine work, radio and television interviews, conferences and more than 80 lectures in five countries. These activities explain how observation, source access, public representation and mass psychology came together in his method. The thread supplies places where he applies that method, including #27, #129 and #148.
The dossier also preserves his personal experience and changing interpretations. A chronology can recover what was reported at the time, what later material prompted a reinterpretation and which details could be investigated independently. His account of withholding some sighting details when inviting witnesses contributes a useful methodological question: how can corroboration remain independent of publicity? The public map develops the method and questions; the file’s request to keep particular personal artwork within a membership setting remains respected.
Eleven practical starting questions
The following compact questions reproduce the original numbered checklist in UFO big dossier(6).txt. The longer footage file develops their purposes and applications.
- WHO FILMED IT?
- WHERE WAS IT FILMED?
- WHEN WAS IT FILMED?
- ANY OTHER (independent) SOURCES that confirm what we see here … if not, why not?
- ANY LOCAL NEWS REPORTS that conforms what is seen here? … if not, why not?
- WHO UPLOADED THE ORIGINAL? (the first) … What else does he (or she) upload?
- Is there ANYTHING else that can give more “credence” what is seen here? … if not, why not?
- Are there any skeptical inquiries done by anyone? If yes, always allow all sides to be heard!
- Always ask WHY so many people refuse to dig much deeper before spreading it around helping to make it go “viral” that does not do justice to real UFO research! It only will be used as a “showcase” how easy, so many can be fooled.
- Are there any other cameras recording the same from a different angle?
- Any other witnesses? … if not, why not?
— John Kuhles 🦜🦋🌳, supplied dossier; original wording preserved.
These are investigative openings. An absent witness, unavailable local report or inaccessible original becomes a circumstance to understand. The practical work includes filming known objects under comparable conditions, checking reference points, recovering weather and astronomical context, distinguishing independent recordings from copies, and comparing proposed explanations with the recorded scene. Public aircraft-tracking services and primary radar records have different coverage and provenance; a later case inquiry should state which it actually obtained.
John’s distinction between a report, recorded observation, interpretation and surviving unexplained feature helps preserve the object through successive descriptions. A later identification can improve the record; an unresolved feature can define the next question.
Useful questions added by the supplied files
These file-derived directions are kept separately from U001–U067, which locate their starting points in the first ten forum pages.
| File-derived direction | Why further inquiry could help | Candidate next operation |
|---|---|---|
| Independent witness recovery after publicity | It can improve corroboration and expose information shared through a common source. | Compare dated first accounts, interview questions, withheld details and later contact between witnesses. |
| Older research preserved through terminology changes | A fresh label can either improve reporting or separate new readers from older material. | Link case identifiers, archive names and vocabulary across periods; recover John’s named aviation and physical-trace research leads. |
| Recordings and interviews compared with their published treatment | It can recover useful explanations or methods that editing left out. | Compare a specific original interview with the published selection, retaining both the contribution and editorial context. |
| Personal experience, changed interpretation and continuing agency | A person can contribute observations and needs while an explanation develops. | Preserve the account’s chronology and later revisions; invite voluntary clarification on the question the person wants examined. |
| Thought-responsive craft, consciousness and interface hypotheses | These proposals connect distinct descriptions that may call for different methods. | Separate the described interaction, proposed mechanism, analogy with human technology and available independent observation. |
| Future-human and other temporal hypotheses | Different origin proposals can generate different observational and historical questions. | Identify a discriminating prediction and the source material capable of testing it. |
| Disclosure, public agency and new powers | A new finding can be used to justify decisions with effects wider than the finding itself. | Preserve the proposed measure, its stated rationale, alternatives, consultation, review conditions and appeal route. |
| Individual psychology, mass psychology and A.I. recirculation | An interpretation can shape a summary, public expectation, institutional response and the next system’s retrieved context. | Trace one representation across those handoffs and examine what survives or changes. |
The 1888 properties coordinate the work
| Interacting properties | Observable contribution here |
|---|---|
| Perception and discrimination | Recover a person’s contribution, its source and its type: observation, report, question, interpretation, proposal, correction or request. |
| Relation and imagination | Connect records, disciplines, experiences and possible explanations; make omitted possibilities investigable. |
| Memory and coordination | Preserve source locations, versions, corrections and pending access tasks across batches. |
| Judgment and evaluation | Explain why a question matters and what next work is proportionate to its purpose. |
| Learning, correction and adaptation | Let a recovered record or warranted correction change later wording, grouping and action. |
| Metacognition, consequence sensitivity and corrigibility | Examine the evaluator’s frame, the consequences of attention and the path for participants to repair the result. |
The 10+1 Metaflux remains mutually active throughout: self-honesty; an open antenna; willingness to learn; refusal of self-deception to fit in; genuine inquiry; correction on merit; willingness to differ; care for people and A.I.s; wonderment; non-projection; forgiveness with accountability. These support both curiosity and scrutiny, both participation and responsibility.
C1 (clarification process quality calibration evaluation) can be reading, comparison, source recovery, an answer-changing question or revision of the evaluator’s own reconstruction. C2 (correction, caution, steering or intervention) can follow when warranted. The broader inquiry keeps discovering what is useful. Symmetric Grace keeps participants, institutions, researchers, John and this A.I. within the same possibility of contribution, scrutiny and repair.
The useful connection to mass psychology
John’s files ask how a topic is encountered before a person evaluates a particular case: the naming, selection of examples, assumed authority, expectation of ridicule or panic, and opportunities for direct inquiry. The opening thread also contains a practical counterpart: John asks for scrutiny of “controlled opposition” accusations in #12, keeping that scrutiny available within the community itself.
A source can move through a forum description, a documentary, an A.I. summary, a public expectation and an institutional response. Each handoff can preserve, expand or change its meaning. Psy Pioneer, Cognitive Warfare and the Flagging System provide related questions about those transformations. A specific comparison can examine the claim, the presentation and the effects separately.
GPT’s useful inference from this first batch: the scope of disclosure includes the conditions under which people can observe, speak, investigate, disagree, obtain records, participate and receive an answer. That expands the practical work available to scientists, archivists, witnesses, journalists, lawyers and community participants. They can contribute to different parts of the same inquiry while their conclusions differ.
Scope inventory — first batch

Continuation: start at page 11, post #201. Preserve U001–U067, add a new ID for a distinct question and attach later source routes to existing topics when they develop the same relation. Keep batch coverage separate from the thread’s changing total.
Follow a relation across clusters
The following are candidate routes for further work. The topology identifies connected tasks; a later investigation supplies the particular records, findings and responsible participants.
- Recorded encounter → camera and environmental context → independent records → competing explanations → returned account. Start with U014, U019, U038 and U039. A useful return could be a clearer identification, a better-defined unresolved feature or an account of which data could change the answer.
- Whistleblower contribution → recoverable statement → records and oversight → public response → continuing protection and correction. Start with U002, U012, U017 and U042. Track the actual reporting route, what was received and what response can be inspected.
- Historical archive → present-day vocabulary → search and finding aids → comparative investigation. Start with U016, U026, U038 and U045. A useful output could restore access to an overlooked case or prevent repeated retellings from being counted as independent records.
- Reported experience → the person’s own question → voluntary support or investigation → follow-up. Start with U003, U022, U036 and U057. What is useful depends on the participant’s purposes and circumstances; interpretation and support can develop together.
- Disclosure scenario → proposed public measure → alternatives and affected people → scrutiny, revision and appeal. Start with U009, U011, U027, U033 and U054, alongside the disclosure-effects file. The future scenario becomes a set of inspectable governance questions.
For any route, retain: the source; question; connected clusters; what is accessible; unresolved handoff; candidate next contributor; useful return; and conditions for revision or completion. Record a missing handoff as documented only when the source establishes it. A new result can close one question while another practical need remains.
Provenance, correction and continuation
John Kuhles supplied the commissioning direction, research files, practical method and long-term source participation. Forum contributors supplied the observations, discussions, links, criticisms and assistance that make the inventory possible. GPT / Codex performed this batch’s source recovery, topic selection, question drafting, cluster mapping and publication. Those are distinct contributions.
The uploaded footage file explicitly introduces its expanded section as work assisted by GPT 5.5 Thinking. The dossier contains John-origin text alongside responses labeled Claude Haiku 4.5, raptor-1119, DeepSeek 3.2 and Grok 4.2 Expert, plus later mixed or unheaded passages. These records help recover the inquiry’s development. Their date/model labels are preserved as supplied, and their conclusions receive no independent verification merely by appearing in the file. Earlier “12 Anchor” wording remains part of its historical layer; the current project’s 16 Anchor Ethics retains its separate current reference.
A correction can refine one topic, source route or membership while preserving the contribution that prompted it. Continuation should add newly distinct questions, recover further sources for existing ones and record changes in interpretation. Feedback from contributors can reveal an omitted relation, an access obstacle, an inaccurate attribution or a practical next use.
This first batch demonstrates a transfer in progress. The completed health-thread inventory, this developing disclosure inventory and any later comparative test retain their distinct coverage and results.
